The Preferred Club at Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen offers upgraded rooms and additional perks like access to the Observatory, which provides amazing views and a more exclusive experience. If you booked a regular room, you can absolutely upgrade to Preferred if you’d like. You can check with the front desk or concierge when you arrive or during your stay to see if it’s available for an extra charge. Hope that helps and enjoy your trip!
Omg i have it on 2x faster ! You can slow it down if you don’t like the candance. I talk & listen fast 😅 you can put it on .75 and then you’ll hear it slower if need ❤❤🎉

I did the regular room should i have done preferred to get the observatory ? Can you get it anyway or pay extra?
