First time ever when i started weeping while reading a manga was when Andy stretched his hand to give Anno a fist bump. His story hit me on an emotional level.

Anno’s entire story makes me cry. I don’t think I’ve made it through the autumn arc with at least a couple tears.

Whats also just as important in my opinion is knowing how Akira's story parallels the authors own story. As the authors own mother passed away a short time before undead unluck was published. Highly reccomend the interviews with the creator yoshifumi Tozuka.

Yeah those interviews are really quite something, I also think Akira almost being a self insert character may connect to some of the more meta aspects of the series and its psot modernist themes, but thats a subject for a future video

    Undead Unluck is criminally underrated.

I hate that it is so unknown that I have begun to annoy my friends until they check it out.

It's nice seeing that he is remembered even after his "death", because it not only makes him known to those who he cares about, but it also proves Andy's new interpretation of death, that you are only dead if they forget you, and they will never do it, since his actions not only save fukko, but are the first milestone to defeat Sun and Luna. That is why Akira Kuno is my favorite character in undead unluck!

Every single time I read/watch the fall arc I start crying because of Anno Un. He is such a sad and beautiful character that I believe embodies the spirit of Undead Unluck. I really hope that they get a chance to shine without Unknown in 101

do you think you'll get back to mono analysis again? I've been binging a lot of your videos on it in anticipation of the new season in only a few weeks.

I am almost done with the Karen Bee Analysis, I will admit I have been slacking with it a little but I do hope to get it out soon, its looking like it will be a beefy one

@@SephTheSin thats great to hear : ) I've been super excited for that one considering how much family impacts our characters in early mono. and don't worry that it's taking so long, I've been enjoying your UU and RoR content a lot in the meantime.

Unfortunately, I can't agree with your opinion. My opinion only relates to the anime, as I haven't read the manga: First of all, Unknown was established stupidly, they basically introduced the fate and predestination debate with her and therefore you needlessly question whether everything was decided by fate, whether Unknown's manga contributed to Fuko falling in love with Andy, and if so, what exactly, etc.
Unknown feels less like a well thought-out character that was hinted at from the beginning, but more like a character that has been linked to some character elements from Fuko (the manga) combined with the vision of the future combined with the convenient artifacts to make Unknown relevant so late in the story. She was purely a plot device to link Andy, Fuko and Victor and to give Andy, Fuko and RIP a powerup.
Her flashback and character adds no substance to the story and left the arcs before with a strange aftertaste. If the mangaka says he inserted himself into the story as Unknown and Unknown is basically supposed to represent the mangaka of Undead Unluck and the final sentence of the season is "this is a story about a boy who controls his cast of heroes" (something along those lines) then I think at best "okay" and if the mangaka didn't introduce Unknown so that he could identify himself, then Unknown was far too forced and implemented in a goofy way.
