"THEY WILL NEVER KNOW THE BEAUTY OF THIS PLACE . . . The second time I played this video -- or clicked play -- a different 'travelogue' came up -- equally as wonderful, titled: "An Amazing Cabot Trail Experience: Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia July 2023- (4K) Travel VLOG." At the 00:15 second mark it showed a type of Remembrance Day cenotaph with a moving inscription inspired by the view: “THEY WILL NEVER KNOW THE BEAUTY OF THIS PLACE . . . see the seasons change, enjoy Nature's chorus. All that we enjoy we owe to them - men and women who lie buried in the earth of foreign lands and in the seven seas. Dedicated to the memory of Canadians who died overseas in the service of their country and so preserved our heritage." Thanks DivineEye Adventures for sharing with us!
I was moved by the cenotaph as well. I thought it was a fitting tribute to the Canadians who paid the ultimate sacrifice for such a beautiful country. Thanks for your comment and catching that! I hope others stop at that spot too and become stirred by it.
Wow this is somethign I can not imagine experiencing in person, thanks so,so much, you`ve made my day.Nova Scotia is so lovely and the blue waters just so inviting. I`m looking forward to future videos, enjoying your future videos, and following your adventures through your lenses.
Thank you @rikayangu3833! I hope you get the chance to go and see it for yourself. I love making these types of videos and traveling to see the world. Thanks for coming along for the ride. Cheers!
Thank you for sharing the scenery of Cape Breton, it means a lot to me that I can take a look at this place. ❤ My boyfriend spent his teenage years here🧒, so I've always been curious about Cape Breton. (I live in Taiwan, and this place is so far away to go to me. 😂) Thank you for making this video.❤
I’m planning my trip in 2025. This is a great reference video, including the helpful tips in the comments.I appreciate the time you took to give in depth itinerary information.😃👍
It’s sad that you missed out on Route 19 through Port Hood, Judique & Troy. It’s simply breathtaking. Also the sunset on the western side of Cape Breton is like no other. Thank you the beautiful & amazing video. I will returning this summer.
We hope to come back and will have to add Route 19. We hope to spend more time on the western side of the Cape. Enjoy your trip this summer! Thanks for your comment.
@@Worldtraveller624 Thank you for your comment! We stayed at the Sea Parrot Ocean View Manor. We walked down to the beachfront there, took a left turn (heading north) and walked about 1-hour along the beach until we stumbled upon the rock formations. I suspect that it is very close to the Clucking Hen bakery.
Or Bah deck 😉, you missed stopping at Margaree Harbour Beach it's a beauty , Margaree Valley with the Margaree River ,The Dancing Goat in NE Margaree, and down the coast to Inverness, Mabou, you will have to come back for sure 👍👍.
I really wish we weren't feeling lousy the first couple of days of our trip. Plus the weather was rainy. We wanted to check out more of that side of the island. We definitely hope to come back again and simply love Nova Scotia!
Great video and thanks for the tips on the trails and restaurants. Renting an Airbnb in Margaree valley this September for a few days to do the trails and the complete drive. This is my favourite place in the Maritimes by far. There’s an excellent bakery called Aucoin bakery in Cheticamp if you’re back that way again. New Brunswick also has some great trails like the Fundy park and the Fundy parkway. Thanks again
Thank you for your comment and suggestions! When, not if, we come back, I will try Aucoin bakery and will have to check our more of New Brunswick too. The last time we came to Nova Scotia, we stayed in Wolfville near the Bay of Fundy and were fascinated by changing tides & landscape in that region. I hope you have a wonderful trip in September. Cheers and thanks for visiting the channel!
Thank you for your comment. I bet you will get one amazing workout biking the Cabot Trail but it’s probably a better way to see and explore all there is to offer. Enjoy your trip!
good video we plan on taking the cabot trial next summer maybe camping,,,but u got me thinking air bb we will be driving our suv to this location from ontario..we love our road trips
You must have heard this misinformation from someone in Baddeck (pronounced ba- deck) there are numerous grocery stores in small communities and fantastic restaurants, and take outs but it is true gas stations are scarce, keep your tank at half and you should be ok
Thanks for your comments. You live in a beautiful part of the world! I agree about the fantastic restaurants. I had a harder time finding grocery stores. Feel free to share a couple of places that viewers can go to when they are at CB

You picked the rockiest beach. Neil’s Harbour beach is incredible ❤❤
Sorry for the weather, I’m from here and summer 2023 sucked but September is looking up and the fall colours will blow your mind

Great video! Keep up the great work.
I appreciate the encouragement! Thank you.
11:09 just came back from Cabot Trail 2 weeks ago. This was by far, my favourite lookout spot.
I hope you had a great trip! We wish we spent more time on that side of the CT. This lookout spot is iconic and not to be missed.

The beach with the caves is beautiful.
It was a pleasant surprise to discover just walking along the waterfront.
@@divineeyeadventures Hi. Beautiful video! May I know where it is exactly at 2:48? Thanks in advance.

Nice video but the Cabot Trail is very over rated except for a couple overlooks. Mostly woods.
