hal leonard did u know that y'all can actually write cool drumline parts that aren't the same thing every time ??? isn't that so weird ?????? i bet you had NO idea! also it's stupid to call a piece grade 3-4 if the drumline parts look like they were thrown together without a thought and could be played by a 7 year old!
Sometimes it's better to write parts that support the piece well rather than just throw a bunch of stick tricks and random, unnecessary rudiments in. No hate, just throwing in my two cents.
They’re calling it grade 3-4 because the piece, in general, is a grade 3-4 piece. They don’t just classify the grade level of the drums’ parts. They look at the whole piece to say approximately which grade level in music they think can play this. I understand you’re upset, but don’t be so rude about it. I’m pretty sure they get different arrangers to do the drum parts, so it’s not even their fault. Stop complaining and deal with what you have. Some pieces are just going to be easy. That’s how music life works. You’re not always going to get a super complicated part.
I wish I could do high school all over again just so that I could do more shows like the Phantom of the Opera. XD This is an awesome piece!

Most lines have their own arrangers, the people who use these arrangements usually need drumline parts at that level
