IU football is awesome to watch, like "Angre Birds" they attack and attack and attack again not just one but the whole flock. Go IU. IU 48 Washington 3
Washington alum. IU covers the Vegas spread and wins even with their backup QB who did well in the second half against Nebraska last Saturday. Not much drama to be had here. I hope my boys play well. Good to see IU rising to challenge the traditional B1G hallway bullies. Hope to see IU in the playoffs. Tough road ahead with OS, PS and Oregon.
The Hoosiers aren’t covering the spread with a second string QB even with him being reliable, and you are hugely underestimating a fearless Huskies team that is rested, and playing with a lot to prove since they haven’t won a road game this season. It won’t be surprising if the Huskies keep it close along with have a realistic chance of winning in the 4th Quarter.
I see I was proven mostly wrong because while Washington did keep it a thrilling close game vs Indiana except they did make more mistakes than Indiana, and Indiana was able to outscore Washington in the 1st half and 2 half. Also Indiana won 31-17 while I predicted Washington to win 31-24. Washington continues to have the same frustrating road struggles including multiple turnovers that lead to the other team scoring more points. Also the Hoosiers did have more explosive offense plays. Washington gave a strong effort to comeback in the second half , however the Hoosiers defense was a steel stockade because the Huskies couldn’t get the game tied or take the lead.
As an objective Huskies fan, I’m expecting a great Hoosiers team wins this game even if the Huskies keep it close in Indiana. They aren’t overlooking a fearless Huskies team that hasn’t won a road game mainly because of glaring flaws they haven’t fixed.
I wasn't expecting much this year, being a complete rebuild. Fisch is doing a great job. They just need time to learn to play together, especially the front seven. I don't see us getting shellacked like some of the IU comments increasing the Vegas spread from -6.5 to -40. We will lose but not lose too ugly. Some IU fans are just feeling a little too euphoric. The football gods keep us all humble by playing whack-a-mole. it will take another year with Fisch recruiting and tapping into the transfer portal as IU has done. Speaking of IU, I kind of like these guys that play like they take adrenaline shots in the locker room.
@@vnvet2282 I won’t be shocked if Washington pulls off the upset because they haven’t gotten a road win, and they are very motivated shut up the whole talks about the powerhouse Indiana demolishes Washington by achieving the unforgettable incredible upset win. They are capable of 1 incredible Any Given Saturday performance
IU will no be upset! Ellison scores 2 touchdowns, Lawton scores 2 touchdowns. Saratoga scores 1 touchdown, Cooper scores 1 touchdown and Jackson runs for 1 touchdown. IU 42/14.
Indiana isn’t winning by that amount if they do win with a second string QB, and they are not going to hold a rested Huskies team to 14 points. You seem to make rhetorical mistake because the Nebraska offense was very contained that it’ll repeat vs the Washington team motivated greatly to make a statement since they’re the underdog that hasn’t won a road game, and they are rested while Indiana is not. I’m predicting Washington gets over 14 points before halftime.
seven TD's. I count 49 pts not 42 unless they miss all the extra pts. But I get it. IU scores a lot of TD's. At least you give us 14 while many other IU commentators limit us to a FG. I understand the euphoria. But it does tend to short circuit the rational functions.
Indiana is using a backup qb that doesn’t have a winning record while Rogers is an ace. The huskies succeed using a balanced offense, to control the clock, the huskies finish drives by scoring touchdowns, and the huskies force indiana to play catch up and continue to move fast like huskies, and the huskies make less mistakes to win. Washington 31 Indiana 24
@@zplapplap yes, and Washington needs to fix this pattern of moving the ball up and down the field, choking in the red zone and missing the field goal.

@@ChuckHuff-u8u no damn way Indiana wins by that amount and they aren’t holding Washington to 3 points.

Bottom line which ever team shows up, executes, doesn't make huge mistakes will win.
Yup. The team that scores the most points before the end of the 4th quarter will win the game.

Once again, leading with a negative headline . . .
Nope.... won't score like the Nebraska game but Hoosiers will win
