This was so informative. Thank you. I have my onboarding on August 20th. So, from what I head you say, you do not have to dress business casual for onboarding? Also, will I find out my job area during the onboarding process or will I find that out at traditions on the 28th? I'm super excited that my dream has come true to work at Disney World.
You have to have the Disney look for traditions. When everybody gets there they stand in a single line and then right before they open up the doors there's like a little evaluation of what you're wearing from the current cast members. If you're outfit isn't up to par you'll be asked to go home and reschedule, which would make your first day of training later as well.

I just on-boarded last week. Since you’re a few weeks ahead of me, maybe you know now! Ok, so: when we fill out all of the online stuff, we are asked to fill in our dependents who we might be able to take into the parks-which was a hopeful sign for me. I guess what I’m asking is: did you find out about the spouse pass? And how is training and work?! Thanks for the vlogs.
Your partner can get a pass, but they count toward your overall usage per year, I BELIEVE we only get 16 extra tickets for family, and their pass will use those tickets! That’s at least what I’ve been told! :) Training has been AWESOME!! Loving things so far!! Hoping to put out a first week of training update video soon!

mines on the 20th too!! and then my traditions is the 29th
