I just got my merch role this morning for my program that starts in January! This was an amazing video to watch to get me ready for it. I love retail and I'm so excited for this role!
This is so informative and helpful to know just in general. I was accepted into the DCP for FA this year, but obviously that didn't happen :( But still loving hearing everyone's experiences. I never would have thought about how physically demanding merchandise could be!
