I didn't cover other things because the video would of been 30+ minutes. I wanted to break things up a bit, tech issues have slowed me down a lot sadly. I'll be working on a video that covers the head break and really good methods to acquire it and a lot of builds :)

Honestly I agree heads hard to break but thanks dough as always having our back with the strategic play have you tried exotic repeats no more Empowerment after mag bombs that wasn’t said in patch notes wondering if it’s just me
I personally use a repeater break build to get the head part

How much health does Torgadoro head have I've used a sharpened build and still not often break the nose piece.

That the number was so insanely high, that the game said: "Fuck it" and regenerated torg's heart instead of killing him.
In other words, it healed him lol.

How do you mont him for more then 2 attack windows?
@@dougmaann you can potentially slay the monkey without falling off of him you just need to time when to jump off
@@dougmaann Bring with you Torg's endurance and use it, just before you mount him, that and an endurance potion or a perk like conditioning +6 or something and you're all set!
And of course, dodging skills and timed jumps off his back 'cause yeah... that.
Yea i killed him without falling off weird thing was he was 75% health when i mounted and i still didnt get thehead break that run lol
You can use Koshai's lantern hold to escape Snag and Drag
That's probably the most viable option if people are finding the move to difficult to dodge. You can also wear tough +6 while having power boost 3. Torg will do around ~1450 so you won't die at full health. Not practical though since Iceborne is way better than tough
OhDough you can also just run a skarn axe low life build and facetank everything the throws at you. Also, I’m not sure about this but it seems that he drops you from his grab immediately if you have any shield.
Pylon, healing buff, lucent still works to survive like with Lil Malky 💪
Works on malkarions and the thrasks grabs as well
Im pretty sure there's a glitch with chain blades where you spam reapers pull and you glitch out
During first encounter I thought: How the hell I'm supposed to fight this insane thing?
After 2-3 fighs: Meh, he's easy enough.

Young AI yes it’s a fun game once you learn the mechanics and learn how to dodge. You’ll need to be patient in building up your weapons and armor to enjoy the most out of this game.

There is currently a bug where Torg goes back to the volcano and gets stuck there after the shockwave attack. It is caused by a part break shortly after he finishes said attack. Make sure to not hit him for a bit, to be sure you don't softlock yourself. Good luck :)

I wanted to mention something, but when i was soloing torgadoro, i got grabbed, and i think i just spammed my primary attack or something, but i got out of it's snag & drag.
I think that move is bugged in that instance. There's a couple different things you can do to fet out of it sometimes but they seem to all be unintended.
Has anyone else fought torgadoro and sometimes the screen zooms out and your slayer becomes smaller? It’s really annoying.
That's a bug and it happens a decent amount. Shouls be fixed next patch AFAIK
Aarav Tiwari yes and its also happening on other fights too, I’ve even had it happen on shrowd during his aether mode and I can’t see anything cuz I’m zoomed outside the darkness zone

I've found the flaming base behemots harder than Torgadoro, especially Razekiri for that damned spinning attack that is impossible to dodge
Blazakiri is the hardest behemoth IMO
IMO that tail swipe he does needs less active frames cause it's impossible to i-frame it
But if u get one stagger or part break then it's cheese.

I dodge with the twin suns and i dont get hit
I was on top of torg when it went for cannonball and i dismounted on top of volcano shockwave hit me there 😂
You can escape from Drag by using lantern (not 100% but sometimes it works)
When he lands from the volcano count to 4 and dodge towards him and the shockwave wont hit you!
XD I just stood there it doesn’t do anything or barely any damage

For torgadoros smash Canon ball move to dodge the pulse wave chain blades reapers dance dodge works wonders.
Also you can just dodge it with any weapon by dodging when it’s about to hit you, I did it with a sword just by rolling with I frames

Already beat the boss, but it went into a forced animation while its health hit 0, so it had to play the whole attack animation before it would register dying.
He shot a bolt for fun since he'd already won the fight.

Loved the video! Btw he is way easier than melkarion, (it's coming from a complete noob trust me I only have +12 all armor sets, +10 7 weapons from every category, one for every element, except hammer, my main , that I have +15 7 yet again). Why isn't there a torg hammer though??

Ran into a bug fighting Torgs, he went to his perch and never came down tried a few things even "help I'm stuck" to no avail. To at least get my rewards i used "help, I'm stuck" to spawn at the first island and then found a tusk to knock me down. In case someone runs into this bug at least you can salvage something from the hunt.

David Gholar If the incident you’re speaking of happened earlier today then I wonder if I was in that same hunt as well. I completely gave up after running around waiting for a miracle for 10 minutes. I’ll have to keep that in mind.
@@exbfdd ah nevermind then, we figured after attempting to scale the cliff and wait him out (thinking he might do another mega jump attack) that we'd left a single bull alive that could kill us. was pretty amusing though rather frustrating as we'd essentially killed him already.

Ya I had that bug. I went to Help to use the unstuck me function to restart from first base and ran all the way back to his arena only to find him at the opposite cliff LMAO

Stupid question: How do you get to fight torga, malki and thrag?
You have to unlock escalation (10-50) and score 40 or higher before the last fight.

I think the weapons are playing a big part in this. Hasn't been any crazy changes to it in a while. This is changing soon.

you have to get to stage 40 in blaze escalation for ape and 40 in shock escalation for dragon note: you have to keep your danger meter as low as possible to reach them.

Breaking the head is a real challenge. And you need it for every single weapon😑
First of all: Not ALL the weapons.
Second of all: What weapon do you main? Maybe you can search for tips. Because with chainblades, what I do is use: First special, jump right in front of him and dash, repeatedly.
Or just mount him and press key/joystick towards the head, and I think that it's free damage.
