Hello everyone and welcome back to Brink of Speed! Today's video is all about how these new Continental Extremecontact Sport tires, turned my Z06 Corvette into a road-gripping monster!
I have to tell you, it is night and day from what this Z06 had on it when I bought it. It had the Michelin Sport Cup 2 tires on it and don't get me wrong, this tire was an amazing tire, but only when they were warmed up to the proper temperature. In these winter cool temps, they had absolutely zero grip!
These new Continental's however, have ungodly amounts of grip, even in the cool 54-degree weather yesterday, but let me tell you a few more reasons that this tire is amazing!
1: Because it isn't a run-flat tire, it rides so much more smooth!
2: It also rides much more quietly than the run-flat
3: This tire has so much grip, it's almost unbelievable!
4: It doesn't skip the front tires across the ground now when making low-speed sharp turns.
All that being said, I highly recommend these tires to anyone with a high-performance car! Oh, and btw, they weren't near as expensive as the other 2 choices for this Corvette Z06!

Brink of Speed
What kind of program are you using that provides your speed and other car performance information while driving in your videos?
DON COLLINS That is a great question! I’m using my Performance Data Recorder that comes on my car, also know as a PDR.
Are they good for daily use?
How for a set of these tires?
Hi.....I just bought a 2016 Z06 and need new tires immediately. I live in Baltimore and will be using it on road with only occasional track (if any). I won't take it in the rain or ice but would take it out in 30 degrees + Are these still the tires you would get in 2021 or is there something different you would recommend now? Thanks.
By pure coincidence, I bought the same tires yesterday for my Z06. Glad to hear your comments. I had the same issues with the OEM tires. Thank you for posting this.
how much were they?
I have these tires on my Mustang. The grip is crazy and the ride is smooth and quiet. My favorite tire brand!
That’s the tire I put on my C6 GS too. Made a world of difference. Also, these are coming soon to my C7 Z.
Yeah man, they were great tires for sure.
@@BrinkofSpeed The ride is far better and for the street I have found the traction to be better too. When the Michelin's get a little squirrelly if you hammer it at 70 these tires hook. Even the all seasons are great. Many run the DWS06 Plus.
Just saw the tire video. Have the same tires. Get them thru Walmart. Can get all 4 for way under 1k. Mount and balance is free with purchase. And if you get road hazard and get a nail they replace it for free! Only thing is I race in 110 degrees in Vegas in the summer and notice the hotter they get the stickier they got. None of the overheating slimier issues. And my vette makes a little under 500hp
Put some on my 2013 ZL1 650rwhp 650trq. Dyno. Run. 32psi These tires are awesome. Note.... Anything under a 60 degree day will roast the tires in 1st and 2nd.
A 75 degree day and they hook.. Still spin in 1st but not horrible. Ride is great. Stopping is awesome. Corners is unreal. Best all around street tire. Got caught in rain after dyno day. Did good. No issues but I didn't get on it.
I just bought a set for my c7 stingray whole set of 4 under 1000 bucks on tire rack.
I will have them installed tomorrow . The front 18s are $181 ea the back 19s are $273.99 ea includes free freight and 2 yr road damage insurance.
Craig Fitzsimmons Awesome, you will love them!
I just added these same tires to my Grand Sport Vert, they are not at all sticky! I for one am not happy with how much they slip under moderate acceleration. I agree with you on 1,2,& 4 but not on 3.
Continental makes an excellent tire, especially for the price. In fact, they outperform big names like Pirelli, yet cost about 20% less. I'm using the Extreme Contact DWS 06 in 245/45/20 on my AWD 2017 Mazda CX-5 and they look and drive fantastic, in all weather conditions, even snow. The newest DWS 06 Plus is actually rated #1 of 29 all-season tires, and my non-plus version is rated at #7 of the same group, so you can't go wrong with Continental.
Thank you for this. I am about to purchase new tires and finally get away from the run flats. Everyone keep pointing me to these Continentals. I am supercharges w 597hp at the rear wheels. I only drive during decent weather. I am a little worried about the temperature issue....I do drive in 40 degree weather back and forth to work.
Here we are a year later, circa Covid-19, finally got the Continental tires. Wow! It’s like a world of difference. I think the car sits a tad higher off the ground but amazing ride. Thanks for the info...
Mike, what are you planning to do if you have a flat?
I put those on last year. Agree with all your comments.
Charles Bennett Nice and Thank you 😊
iSa3ood I’m using the tires in this video, Continental Extreme Contact Sport’s.
I ended up with Toyo Sports in front and Toyo R888R in the rear. Very grippy even in 50 degrees. Contrast that with Michelin’s are like driving on ice in 50 degrees.
My MPSS ZPs used to skip when turning sharp and going slow, like when in your driveway.
Thank you. Going to buy these. I have the Michelin super sport original tires. I have 9500 miles. No drag racing or burn outs. How much longer do you think I have left on these tires?
Was totally unsure on my purchase of these tires for my c6. I bought them and have them ready to be mounted on my car. This video couldn't come at a better time to ease my mind on my purchase. Thanks so much for the great content on your videos. Was looking for a set of rims for my base corvette vert.
I love hearing this, it makes me feel so great about making videos like this! I'm so happy that it helped put your mind at ease! You're welcome and thank you for your kind words and support!
Hey how’s it going with those tires?
Non Run Flat tires with Corvette?
Also I know for a fact I love the Yokohama Advan Ad08 R tires Extreme Performance. They don't take long to warm up amazing grip and handling on dry roads better than the Super Sports I used to have. In wet even through moderate puddles these are a 8 out of 10 the PSS were a 9 out of 10 the Yokohama look fantastic! and at high speeds public roads 144 mph very stable confident inspiring try these for the vet if they make em for it might be a y or zr rating not sure though. Mine are only a w rating but your only dealing with an FRS moded
davie crocket Cool, I’ll have to look into those!
How do they compare to the Michelin Pilot Super Sport? Which I have.
I bought mine with these and idk I was hoping for a tire shredding monster but I can’t do a single rolling burnout. I smash the peddle from a dig and still no burnout. It just goes. I got 2.9 0-60 once. Grip for days
I think the slow tight turn front end hop is caused by the aggressive wheel alignment settings for best handling. You can have that changed but the car wont handle as well. Just something I read a while back.
I noticed that with my mickey Thompsons. I thought possibly skipping on the gravel with wheel cranked.
Do you recommend putting on continentals 275/35/19 fronts and 325/30/20 rears?
I have these tires on my base model c6 and I only have an exhaust, cai, and a tune and I spin. And I'm on 325.
Hi I just bought a grand port and didn’t realize about the rim issue , the 2 rims were repaired with Chevy when the original owner had the car . My question is will switching to a non run flat tire get rid of this issue ? Any help with this is greatly appreciated!!! Love your videos keep it up!!!
Also did you ever experience cracked or bent rims ? Is this whole thing overblown ? Thanks
Just put a set on my c6 ls3 manual yea they don't scrape on my drive way any more the ride is a way better I only have 10miles on them I watch your c8 content
Currently running Pirelli P-Zeros On my 2 Dodge RTs and Camaro SS. Love em immensely because they are very sticky, even on cold pavement. However, the Dodges are both AWD. The Camaro has never broken traction either. I do know, the Continentals are high quality tires and rated for high speed as well. Maybe next time elaborate a bit on the tire rating numbers. Thanks for get content, as usual, Mike!
Yes Bustin, I have 2013 and 2014 Dodger Chargers with 5.7 liter V8s. They're both AWD and they are very well behaved, both on wet and snow or icy surfaces. If you get a little hint of rear tire spin, the front wheels electronically engage and four wheel drive is in effect. These vehicles are a total FUN, when we get a big deep snow and go to an empty Wal Mart parking lot, for doughnuts. ))) Love em! That's why we got two, his and hers. Insane value for the $, Muscle Cars that act and behave like Jeeps, in bad weather.
Yeah the P=Zeros are a great tire as well. I just tracked the car today with the tires and I think everyone is going to enjoy the results! Thank you for your kind words and feedback!
Just ordered 4 tires. Can’t wait to put them on. Sick and tired of cup 2 slicks.
Ps: also got mine street alignment so my tire will last longer. :)
Triton h Awesome, they are great tires. Last time I had Discount tire look them over, they said they were wearing perfectly. They have almost 5k miles on them, plus 2 track days. 😊
Will they hook from a dead stop ??
Any concerns about using them below 45 degrees Fahrenheit? The manufacturer says not to use them below that temperature.
I only have an Accord, but seeing the Continentals on your Vette is making me want the dws06. I'm stuck on primacys and want better grip.
Gonna watch more videos of yours now
Hey Thx for inspiring me on Extreme Sports for my 2018 C7 Z06. Do you think they'll grip in 2nd, compared to
say a Toyo Proxes or Nitto Drag Radial? B/c I can't use the power on the stock tires. So I'm thinking of dropping
down to a set of 18" rims to get more meat and stickability (unless I have to stagger?) BUT b/c of your video ...
I may just try the Extreme Continentals to start off before going to a drag radial on rear.
Would really appreciate your thoughts about the stickability of the Extremes and...
Can I go with 18s all the way around? And if so? What tire size do I get for the 18 weld rims I'm buying?
(Which I'm guessing are going to be 10' wide frt and 12" wide rear?) I'd really appreciate your opinion & help! Thx!
Where did you take it to get all your tires installed?
Thanks for your review. Do you like how they look on your car cosmetically? Do the Conti's look different on the wheel than the cup2's? I heard the Conti DW's have more of a rolled edge not like the square edge style on the Michelins.
I hear what you're saying about the Contis not being as good on the track as the Cup tires, but I'm still anxious to hear your after track day review of them. Also, I don't know if you've previously mentioned it, but have you installed the handling/suspension software update in your Z. If so, I'd like to hear your comments whether or not you noticed a difference. Enjoy your time on the track and Save the Wave.
Peter Carey I will give you a full analysis of how these tires handled the track😊 I haven’t done that update yet no, I really need to go do it soon though! Thanks Peter I will for sure!
HorsePower Obsessed 👍
Don't get any ideas Mr. HPO. You need to save your money for a C8. 😊 Plus, maybe you should consider selling that old Z of yours now before the bottom falls out of it, I mean, before the bottom falls out of the market. I know a nice heated home for it in NJ. Complete with a state of the art 4GSD Alarm System. It will only be driven by a little ole guy on nice clear Sundays to a nice little NJ town called Hackettstown. Does the name Island Dragway mean anything to you? 😊
Damn! Okay. That just gives me more time to find something wrong with that OLD ZO6 of yours. I've got some time. I'm starting to re-watch all your videos from day one. There's got to be something I can find. I know. I bet you haven't changed the air in your tires since you bought it. BAM! Price reduction right there! Gotta run. More HPO uploads to watch. Okay, one more. Have you changed the cabin air filter? Hmmmmm, I wonder.😊
I was wondering the other day about tires and there is Brink of Speed great video and helpful information, Thanks Mike for your time and effort
Robert Brand This is an amazing comment and is going to be pinned to the top! These are the type of comments that makes me want to do millions of these videos! I’m so glad it helped you! Thank you for your kind words as always and have a wonderful weekend!
@@BrinkofSpeed👌👍✌
Did you get them mounted and balanced at discount tire? I always had problems getting bigger wheel balance there
One question. How hard you can push on the gas from standing still. I own a Z06 just like yours, but I am not able to push the gas pedal hard enough off the line. In fact just to get a feel of it I pushed the gas off the line twice (probably not even by half) and the car started to drift sideways out of control. (I have cup2 tires) I immediately let of the gas and of course the traction control kept the car straight. So my question is how hard can you push on the gas with these continental tires without making the car to go sideways. Thank you.
I have also read some good reports on the new Michelin Pilot Spirt A/S 3 + ZP. I don’t like the run flats far to noisy too hard and ride rough, I may go with the Continental like you did, but after reading about the new Michelin I’m not sure which tire? I like the safety of a run flat but everything else stinks, the new Michelin is supposed to be more quiet, softer and ride smoother? Anyone here know if this is true? Great video.
D & K Vloggers Yeah, I’ve heard great things about those tires as well. I’m telling you though, these tires ride so smooth! Thank you for your feedback and your kind words!
I just bought those Michelins and they're great. I almost went with the Continentals but read a few reviews that made me chose the Michelins. Judging by this review from Mike, they sound very similar so either should be a great choice.
D & K Vloggers The AS3 zr is getting rave reviews on the forums. That will be my next tire if I keep my c7.
I have r888 on my zo6. They are load as hell but wow the grip. Need a new set soon maybe ill try theses, thks for the info.
Do you still have these on your car? How many miles did you get out of them, or expect to get?
I would have rather seen a comparison between these and the Michelin Super Sports..
Puttnutt24 Yeah, I hear, if I would have had SS’s on my car that’s exactly what you would have gotten but I hear the SS’s arena great tire for sure.
The OEM Michelin Pilot SS with ZP (runflat) fish tails in 4th gear stickshift in my 2017 Corvette Stingray when accelerating 80mph uphill so I want to get something that's more planted.
Michelin are expensive and hardtires.. the ps4 grip but man the tire life sucks!! I ran nto5 and invos ..the life sucks aswell for the invos 10k max the nto5 2.5k to 5k max lol.. looking forward the continetals..
did you crack wheels from not having run flats?
I put the Michelin as3 on my Stingray, I liked them. Currently have super sports on my z06. Any opinion on these vs the as3's? I'll be doing all seasons again this winter. Tire chatter drives me crazy.
The stickier the front tire, the more hop you will get when turning tight.
Thanks for the info. I have MPSS on my Z06 and am seriously considering these tires. My car is mostly street.
Elliot 2017 Z06 You’re very welcome! You will love them!
How are these tires after all this time? Do u still have them n do they still have a lot
Of thread left? (I just got a set for my 2018 Camaro 2SS and I just wanna know how they are in the long run)
Hey man I’m thinking about getting these on my ZO6. How long/ how many miles did these continental sport tires last you on yours?
So now that you have had them for awhile are they still quite??
You recommend on a 400(ish lol) horse GTI? I run the ControlContact A/S most of the time and I’m so impressed with the snow performance, but I’m wanting more for summer performance in the corners and just straight line traction in general.
Nicholas Kubic Are you asking me what I would recommend?
I will be getting a set those continental’s as well. The super sports in my humble opinion are terrible tires which are what I have on my car. I’ve spun them at 85mph in cooler temps and it’s a little unnerving.
Michael Brown Awesome and yes, that would be very unnerving!
I noticed how smooth they were too! Just picked some up and love them. Turned my FRS into a grip beast.
Yep, they are super smooth! That's awesome, I'm glad you love them and I bet that FRS is on rails now!
Are these tires more round and narrow and than the Michelin Cups? Just picked up a C7Z and the stock tires are getting close to be replaced. Thinking of getting these instead but really want them to look the same as the Cups. Also, what kinda tread life on average do you think you will get? More than the Cups? I heard the Cups average around 5k miles. Eeeeeeek!!!
Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R are THE Tire for C7 Corvettes IMO
Mark Van Veghel They are good if you plan to track the car big time but horrible if you mostly street drive.
The Pilot Sport Cup 2R isn’t yet available in C7 Corvette sizes, but WILL BE soon ( and yes it’s a track orientated tire ) But it IS much improved to normal Cup 2’s . And obviously run-flats are heavier/ louder , Im hopefull the New Pilot Sport Cup 2R will be available in non run-flat sizes for the C7 Corvettes,, that I don’t know yet . I agree the “ normal “ Sport Cup 2’s don’t work in the cold , , because as you said they’re a Summer tire , ( basically a track tire ) albeit somewhat flawed because of its run-flat capability, Comparing run flat tires to non run flat tires ( you’re new Continentals ) Isn’t a fair comparison IMO , But if love em that’s all that matters
Did you consider forged wheels?
Sick and tired of my cup2 in the cold or even summer time! When I try and push my Z06 Z07 it goes loose and if I turn tracking control forget about it lol
Goin to get the Continental Extreme Contact sport tomorrow and get warranty on them!
Alex Al You will love them for sure.
@@BrinkofSpeed im considering buying a vette in the next 2-3 year's. I would like to know if your vette is your daily driver? My plan is to pay off my car im currently in just want to get your thoughts and opinion.
I've been dedicated to Michelin PSSes for a long time, and transitioned to their replacement (the PS4Ses). I'm changing to 255/40s, however, and they're not offered in that size. I wonder if I'll be happy with these Continentals coming from the PSSes and PS4Ses? (Also, looks like you're in DFW? I recognize 114. I'm there, too.)
Is that the DWO6 Plus?
So I’m running a 235/35/19 on my mk7 Golf R. I want the pilot sport 4S’s but for that size you’re lookin at 267 per tire. These continentals are about 200 a tire. Are they as good as the Michelin’s?
Can you post the link to purchase those tires ?
Nasser Alazaiby I bought them at Corvette World Dallas.
im curious how the mileage life will be with the Continetals
Terry Mertz Yeah, they are rated for 30k miles, but I guess because they can’t be rotated, they are rated for 15k.
@@BrinkofSpeed Today, Discount Tires store showed me a program that shows their customers who had Michelin Pilot SS (not run flat ZP) get 32k miles and the Continental Extremecontact Sport gets 35k miles.
mrpmj00 That is awesome! I hope they truly do last that long!
@@BrinkofSpeed I asked the sales guy that because mine is a staggered setup which can't be rotated, will it last that long? Sales guy said he punched up a staggered setup in my size tires and that's what it said. I'm 50 in a stickshift Corvette C7 so I don't drive like a 65+ year old Corvette owner in an automatic, so I don't think I'll get as long life out of it as they do.
Which cars are they standard equipment? ; )
FLYBOY123456789 I think, there are a few Audi’s that use them as their standard tires.
Thanks for the comment on NVH
Enoch C ?
Do you have a shot of the rear of your car and new tires? I ask because I am considering these tires but they are almost 1" narrower so not sure how it will look...
How are they in the rain?
Henrirtta Browm They’re Great!!!
People that complain about noise and the Ackerman Effect without giving any actual information regarding real and measured performance should be driving Camrys.
The skipping is from a limited slip differential. You notice it with slicks more because they grab the pavement more and have better grip. It happens because at full tilt in reverse, in the the rear, both rear wheels are turning at significantly different distances, LSD picks up on this, thinks a tires is spinning, locks the clutches and your left with 2 super sticky slicks grabbing the pavement trying to spin at the same speed when they should be spinning at very different rates. If anything, what you’re describing means these tires have less grip than slicks (obviously) but it will make your diff much happier.
This is the Ackerman effect. Completely normal, because physics. Google it.
Do you think they're better than the PS4S by Michelin
Vicarious Views So far, they are very similar.
@@BrinkofSpeed I enjoyed the PS4S tires on the '16 ss I had. They were breath taking in anything over 80 degree days
New subscriber thnxx for the content I recently traded my Hellcat for a Z06.. 2019.. admiral blue... Need some new tires any other suggestions. I know about continentals.. my best friend has on his CL AMG... Canada rocks witcha 💯✌️
Awesome, and welcome to the Brink of Speed community! If you could get Michelin Pilot 4s tires, I would suggest those, but I don’t think they make them in the rear 335 tire size. Heck yeah man, welcome!
Thanks 👍 my man..
Are these run flats
Thank you for the information
You are very welcome!🙂
Mike, Where is the traditional shades? Appreciate the informative vlog on the Conti tires! Did you ever research the info I sent you on toe in / camber settings? 7 Days and a wake up before I get back to the good ole USA and can not WAIT to DRIVE my ZO6 back in PHX! Blue skies, Jg
I just didn't wear them because it was so cloudy out and didn't need them. I did look at the camber and toe info that you sent, thank you for that. Heck yeah, I know you are counting the days!
Are these tires capable of driving in the snow?
Don’t do it! You’ll be hitting clumps of ice and really mess up your undercarriage!!
I don’t see a link in the description for the tires
Sorry about that, it's in there now!
What PSI you keep your tires at? I’m seeing 30 PSI all around often online
KeepItCrump I try to keep mine around 30-32 also.
Thanks, did you remove the 20amp fuse for exhaust valves to stay open also?
There nice but the r888r tires are better. Try them you will love them 295 front. And 345 rear
Baldeagle301 345 19 don’t fit in the rear. The largest they make for the stock wheels are 325
They fit I have 345-19 30 r888r tires on mine in the rear and 19 295 30 in the front and the handling is crazy on warm days at the track. She out handles most cars front euro.
Hold on you have a 19 inch tire on a 20 inch rim???? In the rear?? Or did you get a replica 19 in the rear???
ZO6 Jimmy I have 19 inch 10 front and 19 inch rea 12
Will the r888r fit on my zr1? The only size they have is 325/30/20 mine are 335/25/20 Hre wheels, thx
How those tires holding up?
K E Very good. They have about 2 race track days on them and 5k miles and they still look new. 😊
Nice!! Sounds like my next set of tires.. Great work keeping up with all the C8 News and Rumors. I can't wait to order a C8 ZO6 LOL ... But considering a Hennessey C8 1200 but waiting patiently to see what these cars will be overall. Exciting times for sure for Corvette drivers..
K E That’s cool, you will like them a lot. I hear ya, which ever model you choose, I’m sure you will love it.
Would you want to use them on a ZR-1
Stacy Dale Barendse Sure, why not.
@@BrinkofSpeed I think the main issue that the Z06 ..and of course the ZR-1 is that they come from the factory with camber and caster dialed in for the track...not the street.
Note : I am looking for a 2019 ZR-1....but my local dealer said realistically it be 1 year before they get a allocation. ...and Chevy is done making 2019 models. They said there should be a 2020 ZR-1....but damn a long time to wait. LOL!!!
Stacy Dale Barendse You should just find a gently used one, there a lot of them out there.
@@BrinkofSpeed That's what I am thinking too. :)
getting ready to put these on my Camaro 1LE
Stavros Gavrilis Awesome, you will love them!
Hey slick! Pun intended lol good vid. Very informative. Do know in theary are these Continentals better than Michelin 4s tires ? My FRS tuner says the 4s are better more gripier stiffer than the Michelin PSS
davie crocket Hey there bro lol, thank you! I had the 4’s on my last Z06 and absolutely loved them! Unfortunately they don’t make them for the C7 Z06 tire size so I couldn’t get them again but so far these feel just as good!
I changed my rear wheels to 19” z06 reproduction wheels and used R888R 345/30R19. I used the new Toyo Sports in front with 285/30R19 which is the default size.
What will you do if you get a flat?
Jack Dawson call road side assistance. 😊
Omg lol
@@preston3698 Hey Preston, you do realize, corvettes do not have a spare tire
I keep a good pump with some plugs in the trunk cubby just in case.
Carry a compressor and some tire sealant

Thank you and I'm very glad this video helped you out! Thank you for your kind words and support!
Cold wide tyres tend to skip when turning
Corvette C8 Miami Racing Racing Yeah, but slicks do it more than any other tire and these new ones don’t do it at all. 😊
I want those tires too
They are great tires for sure!
Is your z06 an automatic?
David Walker Yes
Thank you for sharing video and reviewing the tires. I have the z07 package and have the sport cup tires which are loud and roughest riding tire I’ve every had.
How do you like your tires as of today? Would you buy them again if you could do it over again?
Gary
Gary Milam You’re very welcome sir and yes, I still love them and would buy them again for sure!
Hey Mikey...I missed this one. I had a non-runflat on my C6 Z06 and had the same experience with them. They were Hankooks. The Continentals look like a great alternative. Nice upload bro. Btw...have you had any issue with maintaining air pressure in the Contis? Lmk is so. Thx bud. 😉👊
CarzGuyz_ JT Yeah, I always go with non run flats after the crappy run flats are finished. I’ve done this on all three of my Mini Coopers and all three of my Corvette’s. I’ll have to see about the tire pressure thing, these are so new, I haven’t even thought to check them. Thank you JT, as always, you are a great supporting friend! 😊
It skips because the wheels are so wide that the outside and inside of the tires are trying to turn at different speed.
Put continental on my C7 Z06 good grip but sideway is terrible wouldn't put them on a track car there fine for groceries or wife driving during hard braking you can feel uncomfortable walking of tire
Hey Mike, I'm surprised you haven't made any videos regarding all the new sightings of C8s in Michigan and Cal.

I dont know who lied to you and told you that the continentals were even remotely close to cup 2 on any road course, GM put a extreme summer tire on the z06 for a reason, you dont have a extreme summer/track tire now and im glad you at least understand that concept that you took performance away from your car. Should of bought a grand sport 😂😂😂😂
smh...you'll never know the potential of those tires until you get into it on the track....nice try, tho
Lol, maybe you should watch this before you leave a comment like that….th-cam.com/video/7x-oks5V45s/w-d-xo.html
This guy doesn't have a clue. CUP 2's cant be beat as far as gripping the road.
They sure can. In cold weather, high grip tires are terrible. They need heat to work properly. They have a Jekyl and Hyde personality. Tons of grip on a warm afternoon, almost zero grip on a cool morning. The Contis, because they're not track focused, have less grip when very hot but work much better in the cold.
The difference in ride quality is absolutely amazing , Mike said it best , it’s very smooth , and hopefully this will help with bending and cracking of the rim , those run flats are like pure cement over bumps side wall is super stiff
Oh god, it’s America’s plastic supercar
