It's so sad not to see Rob James-Collier up there when he's been on the show since the beginning
Downtown Abbey was definitely the best series I have ever watched! I have watched the series over and over many times. Loved the 1st movie and can't wait to see the 2nd one!!
Watching this show has been one of the greatest pleasures of my life. So wonderful to revisit these characters. I cannot wait for the movie.

I had watched the series several times and the movie too. I also have been a great fan of British programs on PBS, ask my children. This is the best series on TV ever. Thank you to the creators, actors and everyone that had make these series so special. You are all so awesome!!!

Am binge-watching the entire series for the 4th time presently - I simply dont want it to end!!!
I so wish the producers/directors would consider doing *"Return To Downton Abbey"* - it could really be done; start it off from 1929 ( _the crash_ ) and continue it up to WW2 ( _throw in some espionage, German spies, infiltrators etc_ ....) and keep us on the edge of our seats for yet another 6 or 7 glorious seasons! PLEASE???
BTW: Please do consider casting *Sir Anthony Hopkins* this time around as a _main character_ ???? It would be grand!!!

One of my absolute favorite scenes,and it must have been so fun for Allen,was the scene where one of the dinner guests was especially rude and Tom yells "You bastard!Get out of this house!"

I loved and appreciated the award show...felt like the whole night was a child of mine. But I think the actual award I'd pretty ugly!

I regret even more that Matthew had to die because Dan Stevens left the show.
