Truly u didn't share ur complete recipe on chin chin it's understandable. I watched d one u uploaded few weeks ago and I Sha tried and I got d perfect measurements. I did 3kg of flour using everything u used and it gave me 5kg and 250grams. Even my old recipe doesn't have much gain only d veg oil. Thank you so much ma'am God bless you and your family

thank you for sharing this delicious recipe.my mouth is watering up watching from Ghana. you mentioned not getting spring onions easily and when you get it and have no use for it, it goes bad. I would suggest you try chopping them and freezing them in ziplock bags.try as much as possible to leave some air in the bags when freezing; this helps to preserve it for up to 3 weeks and it still remains fresh for when you want to use it.

Great tutorial ma, I went a step forward by adding drops of soy sauce. So after keeping in freezer for days, the colour changes especially spring rolls, you know freezing and bringing to room temperature. Although, taste remain very okay. What can you say about that ma
I watched your video on how to make the samosa & spring roll wrappers before I watched this one on how to make the filling 😃. In fact, I immediately tried how to make the wrappers (the liquid method) and guess what😃? I have eaten more than one of the wrappers out of the four that I used as trial🤣🤣. Don't blame me oo, today flour became sweet in my mouth. Right now, I'm off to the market to get ingredients for the filling😍. I am so trying it out and I shall show you my end result💃🏾💃🏾 Meanwhile I have photos of the first ever wrappers I made💃🏾💃🏾

Samosa filling can last months frozen, spring rolls filling a week or a bit more
Try to seal tight, then it won’t open
