Hello. Thanks for the video very detailed. How do you prevent the fried spring rolls from becoming soggy. Especially after packaging. It will be great if you do a video for bulk production as well. Thanks and keep up the good work. 👍👍
Thank you for watching. 💗. It depends on the size you're making. Recently I made smaller wraps and I got about 20 pieces from 2 cups of flour and quarter cup corn flour. They were quite small.
Ma am a new subscriber and I came across ur video on how to make samosa I have a question Ma please must u use corn flour cos I did not use and to be honest it did not come out well and I just gave up
Hello, thank you for subscribing. Yes corn flour gives it this crunchiness, even if you don’t use corn flour it’s not totally bad. The difference is that with corn flour it’s light and crisp , without corn flour is dense that’s all
Thank you for watching ❤️. I think it's the brush quality, but. After each use soak your brush in hot water maybe over night, then after you take it out, shake off the water completely and aloe to dry in the sun. Hope that helps.
Oh okay, you need to dust each wrap with flour layer by layer so it doesn't stick together. Also you need to allow each one cool before you place it on top of the last one. If you place it hot strait from the fire it will definitely stick together.
@Temmys_Recipes I mean the samosa and spring roll wrappers I place in a cellophane and wrap tight ,so when am ready to fold my wrappers after adding my filling it was breaking What could have been the cause
