Skills at the table aside--Frost is probably the best commentator ever. He sees many options and describes them before the players line 'em up. I've learned a great deal about position play and visualizing shots from him. Thanks Scott!
Scott is great in the booth a true asset to the WNT
“Somebody like yourself should probably never even consider starting to play.” 😂
Lol
You guys should make your own channel! You've got great chemistry even though you're opposites in a way. Karl kind of the buttoned-up, tournament playing British guy. And Scott, the neck-tatted, high-rolling one-pocket gambler. It's an oddly perfect match.
Hahaha quality
15:11 Shane looking like he wants to get involved. Lol.
Really great stuff. Frost is a legend!!!
It’s so hard to teach someone how to move in one pocket, but Scott is trying and I think that is so cool
Everyone take a note of how small the pocket openings have been made on this table. Insane. Bet the cheap Mr. Sung rubber have been replaced by quality ones in the process
These are like the pockets on some of the tables at Felt in Denver, gotta hit em pure for sure.
Scott's mind for one pocket is super amazing
“You aren’t an idiot after all” 😂
I enjoyed every millisecond of it! Thank you Karl and Scot! 🔥
Glad you enjoyed it!
LOVE this. I only started watching one pocket just before Christmas (has literally never heard of it before that) and I fell in love with it. Would be great next time you and the Freezer are together to do a more in depth video and maybe show a match.
You were both great on comms during the PLP.
Hope so James stay tuned
Enjoyed this alot Karl, thank you for bringing recognition and attention to such an amazing game. Please keep it up. 1 pkt is the best.
Glad you enjoyed it!
WooHooo! Two of the best right here...
Scott is so far ahead of us in this game that he is living in the year 3000
Great vid brother! I like when Frost comments " didn't think we were going to go through a whole game, because there's so many variables, it gets a little tricky to do that"
Glad you enjoyed!
@Karl Boyes nice catch on SVB spying on Scott's ultra secret break 😅😅😅
What a learning experience in just 16 minutes
Ko watching the break on the down low...lol! 15:38
"You are an idiot after all" 🤣🥶 GREAT video guys! Thanks 🤘
Don't know much about 1 pocket, this was a fascinating insight into tactics for it. Makes me want to try it
Yes! Thanks for the content my man!
More to come!
That was badass!
U dont fool us karl. We know ur a one pocket legend in england😂
Wallabuska 😂😂😂 I died laughing. First time I heard that!
I’m the same quality line
Would love to see these 2 play a full train game. This was great.
Great stuff - you guys should make more videos like this!
Thanks! Will do!
Love Scott Frost!
Two legends 👊🏻
Thankssss
Fantastic stuff gentlemen! Don't let Karl fool you Scott! He plays ALL GAMES GREAT!
👍😊 🎱
Oi hahaha
Good job man nice video keep them coming.
More to come!
Fun video and informative, to boot!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love this
Thanks a lot
Lovely. In my area, there's only 8 ball leagues and 99.9% of shooters here don't know any games outside of 8 and 9 ball. I fell in love with one pocket early on when i started playing after watching a few matches, but i can't actually play it because nobody knows it. I have one friend who knows it well but we can rarely sync up to play. Because of this, i feel that my understanding of the game is far superior than my ability to play it. This was a treat to watch, would love to see some more similar videos 🤙
Thanks for the nice words ☺️
Great vid!
Thank you 🤩
Two good guys.
Great video
love the FROST & KARL duo !!!! WNT going up
Thank you
Best video yet, probs the best game too…
Thanks
I don't think the 2 ever had a chance of passing the 3. But icbw. That was a helluva first break shot. Maybe Karlito will start a one pocket craze in England.
A pioneer hahaha
Great colab!! I love these guys ☺️👍
Thanks 🤩
I love that ball set the pool hall I go to has the Diamond tables with those sets
Finally a good game for that ball set. No called shots, no rotation.
No confusion.
This is great seeing one pocket get some coverage. Most fascinating game in billiards! And Karl never to late to learn the game n compete!
Scott’s convincing me not to hahaha
@@KarlBoyesPoolLife cause it’s so addictive 😁
I know how to play one pocket. This video would be great for anyone who doesn’t know how.
Should've done it with Joshua Filler. Mr. 9 minute match.
He’s too busy focused on matches😂
the freezer!
I use to watch Freddy the beard videos
Man I love pool but tried to watch a one pocket match and fell asleep. In my humble opinion, if the game were to get more popular, they would need to adjust the break rules to prevent a 10 ball cluster in the middle and endless safeties. Perhaps 6 balls must hit a rail on the break or something to prevent the slow roll.
Just wish y'all covered the absolute basics of 1 pocket. Is it high vs low?
Also, love the vid. And all your videos
Thanks Scott won’t give too much away
Where's Scott's cue? I can't believe he's using a house cue
Would love to see you guys plan actual rack or set without the lessons!
I fear the worst hahaha
So 1 pocket is just the bottom corners?
Yes sir
Fatboy Approved😃
I like the video so far, i’m halfway through. Idk if it’s cultural, but you interrupt him a lot. That is making this hard to watch.
Well I think the same when I watch it back, I suppose it’s the way I chat with my pals so I am still learning this process watch this space 👊🏼
Why do guys think jeans and a black shoe look 'smart'
All time one pocket- no one close to Ronnie Allen- ln his prime- and Harold Worst- both very difficult to say Efren was better - maybe not- but Ronnie- special- Harold - special- he was more like Efren- learned to play certain games late in life- ( Worst was a billiard player who learned pool and beat everyone- Efren was a pool player who learned carom. Efren really never was world class billiard player- but second echelon. Worst really was at pool .
