CitizenOfTheEU this means that the student got 70% and above. It is the highest you can get in an UG Degree

@@anjaraj in the UK degree classifications are 1st (over 70% generally), 2-1 (upper 2nd class, 60-69% what most people get), 2-2 (lower 2nd class, 50-59%) and 3rd (40-49%).
1st is the best classification you can get. In case you think 70% is not much - generally in most UK universities getting more than 80% is very hard and not very likely and over 90% is extremely rare.

I found one and sneaked the pasta into the cinema only to find it had spilled all over the new primark things I bought and ripped the paper bag because it got wet. Hahaha, good times

Congratulations! I was also veeeery average at school but found a uni programme I absolutely fell in love with and graduated with first class honours! It's so true that you have to find something you love, otherwise uni is hell.

As a person living in Belgium I really do not understand what you mean with ‘i’ve got a first’ when you got your results. But still, congrats on the button and degree!

The highest you can leave uni with is a first , then a 2:1, then a 2:2 , and the lowest which is a third . Most people leave uni with a 2:1 or 2:2, getting a first is quite rare

I'm American, and I worked at a pasta fast food. Well, pasta and pizza. It was called Fazoli's. You got free breadsticks and we had a promotion from time to time that if you came inside to eat, you could get an "all you can eat" spaghetti or fettuccini meal! I loved working there! The meatballs were my favorite!
