I listen to Sobercast every day even though I'm still drinking. I'm so grateful to hear all these stories and wisdom. I have been in AA for over 20 years and right now I have about 29 seconds of not drinking because I'm typing. Love to all x
It’s definitely the unshakable, grounding faith that is so compelling. It is until this moment I see and can express that faith matters so much to me. I’ve been so busy resenting it all.
It makes so much sense to say that God just wants me to be happy, no matter what I choose to do, so long as I’m happy. There is such strength in those words. I heard something very profound in this conversation.
