I suffered from a burn out syndrome in summer and I am still not able to get back to my uni work as much as I want to. I would really love to have a nice and productive day, I love studying and being challenged in an academic way but right now my mental (not) health blocks most of that. But I love watching your videos and I try to be productive through you, if that makes sense :) Thank you for your content, it often makes my day!

I love how it is the same deadlines season for us because we both study in a UK school. I used to watch you before I was admitted to my college, and now it's crazy how even as an international student I've picked up on British academic jargon like "formative and summative essays" and have mostly the same schedule as you do in terms of modules. Can't wait until I can travel next year and visit England for real :)
Ruby, i think you should buy some simple moisturizing cream. I noticed that you wash your face with a cleanser in your routines but you dont really put on anything after which isnt the best. Im not sure if the mask you put on today was very hydrating but id still put on a bit of moisturizer after. Your skin needs some hydration too especially when it's colder outside. I think the minimal amount of products everyone needs are: cleanser, moisturizer and a sunscreen.

Dear ruby, a thing to also write down while journaling is 3 things you like about yourself. I was really hard on myself and slightly perfectionistic and this harmed my confidence and this really helped. So for people who are sometimes to hard on themselves, try this it really helped me!

I sure need a productive week, it´s packed with lectures and a professor decided to tell us rather spontaniously that on friday, we´ll have a 3 hour long exam (it´s from last semester but some of us were sick - she didn´t really reach out again when it´s gonna be for us until now^^) I´m kind of stressed but during study breaks, your videos really help to both relax and motivate me :)

If the dishes are clean without using dish soap then what should she use the dish soap for? Dish soap removes grease and grime if the dishes aren't greasy and grimy there's no need for using it.

I have been very, very anxious lately. Mainly because the covid cases are skyrocketing in Germany at the moment. Although I’m vaccinated, I’m incredibly afraid that I’ll get covid and possibly can’t visit my parents for Christmas… I decided to stay away from as many people as possible, but that also means that I can’t or won’t go to the Uni courses that are still happening in person. That again makes me incredibly anxious, because that’s not what I’m usually like… With my increasing anxiety, I am so thankful that I can resort to calming videos like this; they help to calm me and my anxiety down so much. Thank you!

There isn’t a British school system. Each country has a different system. She could explain the English one.

So glad that you put out another video, I may or may not be watching this on my break for my deadline week.
One thing I've noticed that might help you as much as its helped me is investing in a desktop set up at home, I currently have a duel monitor set up which cuts my study time in half instead of having to switch back and forth in between tabs.

Please be careful where you place your candles because its easy for things to catch fire, your candle looked very near your lampshade, and it happened with me before, my candle could of caused a fire, but i realised before it went up in flames, Take care

hi ruby i rlly hope you read this, i would like to say that you should try to avoid using candles as much as you can because it releases more carbon then you know and although it might seem like a really small thing, everything makes impact and if everyone things like that our world would never improve. i realise you enjoy nature alot so please consider stopping this activity to help the environment more

Regarding Christmas songs, I have to say I don't like jumping the gun whilst it's still Advent, so I tend to lean towards "Veni Emmanuel" or "Lo he comes with clouds descending." However, when Christmas is upon us, one recent and worthwhile discovery has been Alma Deutscher's "'Twas the Night before Christmas." Have you heard of it, Ruby? It's worth looking for on TH-cam, especially Alma's own performance with her sister.
