I just love how the actors operate the kaiju suit. Those things seem too rigid and unflexible, but they managed to do a beautifully choreographed moves
I remember the first time I watched this, I was shocked by how strong and adaptive the kaiju was - blowing shield apart, lock-on missile, adaptive regeneration, it's a guaranteed defeat for the ultra.
Well the one that Mebius and Taro fought was a prototype. The other ones were mass produced versions that didn't had the op abilities of its predecessor.
Really love Imperializer. He looks like an upgraded version of that weird monster from the 1958 AIP film NIGHT OF THE BLOOD BEAST. Isn't there an Ultraman episode where a bunch of Imperializer type monsters were appearing out of the sky? Every time one was destroyed it was instantly replaced by another.

Mebius is a young ultra in this series it's why the ultra brothers always have to visit earth in order to guide him on his way on becoming a new member of the ultra brothers. If you watch the older ultra series it happened to taro as well when he was fighting temperor seijin and he was forced to be guided by his older brothers

Inperalizer's suit is actually heavily modified back part of Giga Berserke suit from Ultraman Max.
