As an Unchained main with almost 2400 hours in game, you've definitely hit the nail on the head in some ways. Unchained's best weapon is easily the Flaming Flail and her best staff is definitely Coruscation. I have to say there are some things in my nearly 100 days experience that I would counter in your video. First, weapon properties; BCR is actually unnecessary on the Flaming Flail for two reasons, 1) The heavy 1 stagger on 5 stacks of Unstable Strength will stagger everything except a monster and a chaos warrior doing a charged overhead attack (unless you're running Opportunist); and 2) It also has a small AoE that knocks enemies around the target hit, allowing for further stagger of crowds. If you just keep heavy attacking everything (hoards, armor, specials), everything stays staggered and you take less damage. If you're playing Unchained, the best advice is to only block an attack that can't be dodged that will do heavy damage and put you over on your overcharge, such as an overhead. The second property that you have is Power VS Skaven, which would be better suited to Power VS Chaos IF you were going to run a Power VS. as chaos enemies have more health, however, with 5 stacks of Unstable Strength, you're going in at 60% Power VS. Everything, so it's a bit overkill. I have two flails, both with AS and CC, but one with Swift Slaying and the other with Opportunist, with SS being my go to. You're also running Power VS. Skaven and Power VS. Berserkers. Power VS. Berserkers is a very limiting property, as it pigeon-holds you into damaging only two specific types of enemies; savages and monks. Now, this isn't a bad thing, as they're dangerous enemies, however, the primary fire on the Coruscation staff is already so powerful against unarmored enemies, one blast aimed properly can easily bring two Zerkers down. Power VS. Skaven is a great choice, as it covers the enemy faction with the most specials, and the skaven specials are arguably the most dangerous to Unchained. Rattling Gunners, Warpfire Throwers, and Gas Rats are Unchained's biggest weaknesses by far, and killing them quickly is important, but if you're killing those specials as Unchained your team is not doing their jobs. Unchained's job is hoards, armor, and stagger, not special killing. I personally run Power VS. Infantry, which covers most specials, and Power VS. Chaos, meaning chaos hoards basically melt to your geysers, and skaven slave hoards aren't really a threat to a talented Unchained. Second, your talent selection: All three level 20 talents on Unchained are good in their own way, but one of them is actually a trap for Unchained players. Conduit is the best overall as it halves the damage you take and increases the speed of venting which results in even less damage, while Numb to Pain is best for those who want to create an Unchained that both casts and dives into melee evenly. Dissipate is a huge trap that I would only ever recommend running if you're not running Abandon and are instead running Enfeebling Flames. The reason for this is because you don't have Abandon as a safety net, you need to be able to be more defensive on high overcharge, so 50% BCR and venting while blocking is a strong choice for EF. However, the venting provided by dissipate has a Goldilocks effect. It's either too little to be worth it, or too much against a tough enemy you need to bring down fast, and is almost never "just right". Even then, the biggest trap of Dissipate is that it removes the control of your overcharge mechanics and puts it directly in the hands of the enemy. In order to play Unchained well, you must be in full control of your overcharge, hence why Conduit is the superior choice; fast venting, low damage. Something that I would also recommend to most Unchained players is to run Abandon over anything else. The thing that makes Abandon a better choice over Enfeebling Flames, which is still a strong talent, is the fact that it maximizes Sienna's ability to do damage. Think about it; if you are running Enfeebling Flames, you're kind of forced into playing Unchained into no higher than 60 or 70% overcharge, because you need to be able to take a hit or two if your flail misses an attack. The only time you can maximize your damage is when you have your ult up and can be more risky in your playstyle. Abandon removes this limitation, meaning you can operate Unchained at 60% power for 100% of the match, particularly if you're on high health. More power = more stagger = more crowd control = not getting hit as much, as well as maximizing her potential. Third, is the combos you showcase; I'm happy to see another Unchained player doing the push and dodge-back to create space to cast, however, I find that if it's a hoard in your face, you're better off casting one or two quick flame geysers, as they will provide more DPS over a longer period for longer engagements. The primary fire is something I've learned to reserve for unarmored elites, like maulers, savages, and monks. The shotgun blast doesn't have any sort of piercing effect, so you kill one, two, or if you're lucky, three slave rats with a blast, when one or two geysers do ongoing DPS to that same hoard for the duration they're up, providing more damage. Another point is that you keep doing H1, block cancel, H1, block cancel. The H2 on the Flaming Flail on high overcharge offers nigh unlimited cleave, stopped only by super armor. The H2 will allow you to control a Stormvermin patrol by yourself, and it's not uncommon to see a skilled Unchained player with the Flaming Flail take on a patrol by themselves and take no damage. This is because of the H1 + H2 combo. Remember, flails ignore shields, so the head of a SV patrol is not going to be able to withstand an attack. As an Unchained main, I rarely, if ever, engage in light attacks, because H1 + H2 with Frenzied Flame, SS, and AS on the weapon and charm is obscenely fast to begin with. There are some other things that I would suggest to Unchained players, such as using your Ult offensively to cast twice as much in a short period of time, and if you're running Enfeebling Flames, a Firesword with Opportunist is probably a superior choice over the Flail as it offers the same stagger as a shielded weapon and ignites everything with the H1, but this comment is long enough. lol. Great gameplay and a solid video showing some Unchained love. Well done. :)
My man. Ty for the great additional information. I'm not a seasoned Unchained main but someone who plays all the classes a lot. I'll defer to you on this and ty for adding to the conversation!
@@leozaboudi8005 If you have good teammates for special control, go for fireball or coruscation, it's more dps. But if you don't have a good team, that bolt is just as viable. With good stats and enhanced power yiu can get some good breakpoint even on cata.
Got to agree, low S tier for sure. She does so much melee damage and is super tanky. Pair her with the Bolt staff and you have a special snipe as well. She's really good with it across all difficulties in my experience. After using both I think I actually prefer the Bolt for more of a take all comers approach. I feel she gets overlooked cause the BW is so insane with Famished Flames. But she is a much better front liner and melee fighter and that matters on cata. The Flail's heavy attacks are both really, really good as well, the stagger and cleave on em is nuts.
You can also go full caster with Natural Bond and Conduit to basically vent for free and spam the shit out of magic Conflagration, Coruscation and Bolt are very good for this.
I feel like I can play Cata difficulty if its just one map... Sadly I got hooked by this devious CW and I can't play normal maps anymore. This is still a good Unchained build to refer to. Maybe I will try this.
Lol right? CW just hits different. I haven't had an expedition clear in two days playing cataclysm chaos wastes due to quick match players questionable choices (who goes for +specials on a cursed beastmen map?) and crash-to-desktop shenanigans, yet I keep coming back for more.
Totally agree, people sleep on Unchained. Though I agree with the comment below that conduit and abandon are the superior talents for playing super aggressively.
Bolt staff can make you much more self-sustainable, letting you to kill specials by yourself. And spamming heavies is probably the best way. As long as you're on 5 stacks you'll kill everything. In my runs, I even outdamage waystalker and other broken-ass careers.
The way you res'd bardin and did not even attempt to kill, push, stagger or even whisper sweet nothings to the mob beating on him was just disappointing...
Unchained is great, Necro is better. BW is severely overrated. Really the only thing she can do better than those two is Monsters (specifically with Famish Flames beam staff)

How about the pyrodancer, i consider it to be the worst class in game, but maybe am wrong

Говно эти сборки если честно. Вот на косе...
