Thank you, was really wanting to showcase that even though Wizard has been brought down a level since the nerfs, she's still extremely strong just because of how the kit works. Wizard just has to work a little harder now to get the same results as before.
Lingering flames is so funny. I’ve been using this call out in my friend group where I just say “[ insert special here ] has cancer” that way my teammates know I proc’d lingering flames and that the special will die in 4 - 5 business days. Is it optimal? Hell no, but damn is it hilarious and satisfying in a weird way to just do 0.5 damage to a CW and knowing he’s dead. I mean, not as good as him CURRENTLY being dead but you know, he’ll get there…
Good video but Lingering is just bugged, it's not meant to infinity build burn stacks. Though with my testingz the Coruscation Staff doesn't seem to stack too much,, like 1 dull duration wortj and that's it. Everything else does stack mlre, conflag is disappointing though. Beam staff is nuts, the fire shotgun can hit 15 enemies in 1 blast and the beam is disgusting for single target damage when you build up the stacks. Flamethrower was disapointing. Fireball seems better than conflag.
The bug issue has been fixed for a couple of weeks now i believe. All footage here is without the bug and I wanted to get at least a clip of it but I couldn't get it in time sadly. But all gameplay with lingering flames is working as intended at his current time.
She's extremely powerful still even after the changes. She was busted before and you could murder everything within a 5 mile radius if you knew how to manipulate stagger and cooldowns. She's still capable of doing all those things but you either have to wait a little bit longer or work a little harder to achieve those same results now. The changes were very good and healthy for her imo.
The mod order I would recommend using for True Solos are - Vermintide Mod Framework Penlight Lua Libraries More Items Library Spawn Tweaks True Solo QoL Tweaks Give Weapon More Hats (for fashion souls) Skip Cutscenes That's roughly my mod order that's at least essential for my playthroughs thus far. Been a handmaiden and ironbreaker for a long while now. Maybe I should start pulling out Sienna a bit more!
