- Merry Christmas you lovelies! Hope you've all had a wonderful day. Sadly my mother was too ill for my parents to join us in person today so you can all be my wonderful family, joining us for opening stockings! PLUS watch out for some awful deaf girl singing and some terrible accidental innuendos!
This is our first christmas as a married couple so it's extra special!

Hello! I just found your vlog during yet another sleepless night with insomnia (I too am a chronic illness warrior)and i find you both stunning and adorably cute together. At 10:23 in this video, Jessica is drinking from a mug from Maine, U.S.A.!!! Have you been? I LIVE her in Maine and as dawn has broken I awoke to four inches of snow....hurray! Just in time for Christmas too! Jessica, I think you would love this snowfall because it is "sparkly snow," when you look at it, it's like a bazillion Swarofsky (spelling?) crystals shimmering as they fal and glittery all over the ground. Why am I babbling? Uh, lack of sleep....so, if you've both never been to Maine, please come! You would have a place to stay for sure....and yes, I will have indoor plumbing before you come! Yes, I live in the country, population 341 on a good day, with mountains as my backyard, dozens of lakes in my front yard, fresh air, and people who talk with a much stranger accent than your lovely British ones.
Just want to say thanks for making me smile on some of my more difficult health days. Keep the blogs coming and if you ever do come to Maine, which is the "lobster capital" of the u.s., Jessica will be extremely happy since we can either catch our fish for the day or gather our goodies fresh from the boats as they pull in with their catch of the day!

I love that you take turns unwrapping your presents. We do the same thing in our family. But we're five people so it takes a little longer :D
