Maiden is here : th-cam.com/video/GL_YyjDLfO0/w-d-xo.html also don't miss the Eagle screaming!! th-cam.com/video/Z4jbbKaVEyA/w-d-xo.html Thanks for watching, have a great day!
@@1nformatica hello again!!! Yes I had watched the screaming eagle and maiden and of course your assembly video!!!! I've got mine together but unsure which way to setup the control surfaces...... V-tail or flapperons or Delta wing...... think I will rewatch your build video.... And PS I've got a diesel sound thingy to put in also! Take Care and regards Deane 😉😎 happy flying
@@deanedeane4318 The tail feathers are in "V-tail" mixing. It can be a pita to setup depending on your radio, prepare for some head scratching! Can't remember how many times I reversed servos!! Good luck!
@@1nformatica yes and thankyou for replying. I've seen several different ways and this is my first v-tail, I got it working but couldn't sink my favourite stabllzer, so I've purchased a 3 channel stabllzer for v-tail, Delta wing or flapperons..... toooo many options. I was searching your footage for rudder inputs but couldn't see if there was, I wondered about making the v-tail elevator only and ailerons for turns then leave the rudder out...... Still it's fun tinkering but not crashing..... Happy flying!!! Regards Deane 😉😎
@@deanedeane4318 Yes, although a V-tail mix I used the aileron stick for direction as I show here : th-cam.com/video/gE-pUJ9d_DI/w-d-xo.html It's a very stable flyer so I don't think you need a gyro. BTW I use the Hobbyeagle A3 Mini as my gyro of choice these days, covers all options I need : th-cam.com/video/rPhf0cLP1hw/w-d-xo.html
Yep, there's 1 of these hanging from the rafters in our mate's shed. Never seen it fly actually. He likes the MD-1400 though and was wheeling it around the sky last weekend till a Dumb Thumbs lawn darted it! Only damage was where wing was shoved back into the pusher prop. Easy fix. Looks flimsy but surprisingly tough and a beautiful slow glider for us Old Farts that can be thrown into a few show-off loops etc. Ah well, time to charge up some batteries for this afternoon's session. Vaya Con Dios Amigo!
Yet another masterclass it the art of kit building. The build sequence and the necessary minor mods were well considered ( are you sure you weren’t a teacher?). I assume this video was carried out in the last throws of the lockdown as I’m sure I witnessed your presence last week - if not I’ve turned into “ Doc Brown” in which case I’ll pop out and buy a lottery ticket!
There's lots of fine airplane kits out there, but this one's right down my alley because I happen to be a bird lover. 😢😮
It's a lot of fun! Especially if you make it scream!! th-cam.com/video/Z4jbbKaVEyA/w-d-xo.html
Gosh there seems to be quite a variation in the kits !!! I'm just finishing mine and now im going to locate your maiden video !!! 😉😎
