    I've been on gymnastics, crossfit, martial arts and basketball and most of the exercises of your videos were on our daily training and I swear they hell work to get toned, gain muscle and become athletic in general. I highly recommend this channel. She's clearly passionate of what she's doing which is not easy and make most women end up throwing in the towel.

    Hi Cori, I finally managed to do Roll to stand weighted (4kg) today morning at home by myself. I'm so happy 😊..so..excited. I can't remember whether I completed my 20min workout. I worked on my ankle mobility. Rocking chair presses 💯
    Roll to jump weighted 💯
    Knee Knee jump next challenge
    Thanks so much Cori & RS.

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi Christopher. Depends on what you hope to accomplish for sure. With these if you wanted to work your core, I would pick a couple of lower and a couple of upper. So like 4-5 exercises total to work the core and upper and lower. I would even do a 30 on, 15 off pattern or intervals.

    How much Sets and Reps should I do for each exercise? (I'm a guy, at advance level, been doing Calisthenics for 3 months now and I had been trying to find a very vigorous explosive workout that improves Martial Arts and Calisthenic Ability(and this is one inclusion) but only falls 50 minutes or less because I'm somewhat a busy guy)

    Are there other moves than can help me do the unassisted rollup? I never can. Is it just ab strength or just practicing that move over and over?

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The roll to jump? I'd actually say it is often mobility that is the issue. Both hips and ankles. Doing the dynamic squat stretch and some ankle mobility work often helps!
