I think is is happening. If so I want one. I’ve been debating about the Rdx and MDX. I went into the la auto show with the MDX in my mind but went out with the Rdx in my mind.

I had an 2006 TSX Aspec (for the 04-08 1st Gen Model years). It was front/side/rear body styling, rear wing, aspec rims, aspec lowered & stiffer suspension, new exhaust pipe ends, ASpec badges. The 04-08 RL and 04-08 TL had the same. That was the last time ASpec included a suspension upgrade.

Hi nice car my dad still Own the first generation it's 2003 with 400k the original engine and transmission but the problem is the mdx stop in Australia from 2007 and it was the last generation of mdx
+TFLnow Great review. was wonder if ere were any recommendations for Lyft XL and or Lux 8 seater suv crossover, this one but the Hybrid version, the Subaru Ascent with larger 3rd row seat I believe, or anything else with as good mpg as the highlander hybrid or better? Can anyone design an suv crossover hybrid with a big enough third row with three seats that are large enough?
Did you not have room in the back 2nd seat when you slid the seat backs?
The fact you got into the 3rd row highlights it is just fine for smaller folks and kids. I’m glad you showed the entry process. IMO, it’s emergency seating anyway. 99% of the time the 3rd row will be folded down.
Being a Costco member, I got this car OTD for roughly $52k ( for a lease deal), and $51k for purchase option. - Prices included Taxes and any dealer fees already. Gotta love Costco for this. The price they quoted me before taxes and everything was about $46k for this A-spec trim level.
Besides the SH-AWD, I'm not crazily amazed at the car to be honest. The third seats are pretty much useless since there is not much leg room at all. Those seats are probably for kids to seat comfortably. But I think I can bare with it if I have to. I wish the A-spec came with all the side cameras with a 360 view.
Just bought a 2020 lunar silver aspec for my wife. First Acura I've owned and it is nice. Been a Mercedes owner for some time but for the money and quality, can't beat it. Too much tech for me but she is cool with it. Great review. To the point and until now, I didn't know what the hell aspec really meant. Thank

Hey Nathan, would you have any doubts purchasing a 2020 Acura MDX Technology/A-Spec with 95,000kms. Very high kms for a 2020. Just want to get your recommendation or any others reading the comments. Never owned an Acura before.

The car is waaay to small for a third row.
Dont get me wrong I'm a big dodge fan but the wife bought a 2004 mdx she got it with 140,000 miles now has 195,000 and still running minor issues but other then that a great car
I have a question for the owners and those who currently leased this vehicle: i kept reading in the reviews in kbb and edmunds that this car lurches and jerks when it it either shifting gears by skipping gears or as it transfers power from fwd to awd then left to right. I hated that in other cars because it made the front transfer case or the transmission fail in less than 60k miles. Can you folks share your experiences?
Benny Ang As a Honda & Acura owner, there are two things I can infer from this. All based on experience.
Jerking back and forth feel is because of CVT, which is totally normal for Honda’s. Perhaps newer Acura’s also has cvt ... if so, then cvt.
Acura and Honda’s are well built vehicles. But of course with age, high mileage, any vehicle will have a problem. Honda’s is transmission issues. Our MDX, that’s very close to 200k just started having isssues with its transmission. For us, it’s the shuddering as we drive. Or put it this way, it feels as if something is lurching out of the engine.
Jinu J Acura does not use CVT engines.
This is an Acura not an Audi you’ll make it well over 60k miles.
I have MDX 2016, and yes/// 9-speeds ZF has a terrible clutch! BUT! There is only one thing which can help you - update software for you transmission. I got a save, it`s work! After that my MDX became a very fluent
@@igormatvienko7140 Yes, I had a same issue, software update at dealership solved problem. You have to instruct dealer to just do it, at first they didn't think it was needed.
MDX is so strong :p in Boston me and my friend got in a car crash then it wasn’t dented

Damn the MDX Aspec in black looks murdered out!! All it need is the RLX's 3.5 liter v6 with 310hp and 10 speed!! Sure the RDX's 2.0t could go in there but the MDX is a big boi the 2.0t might be a bit lethargic imho

Donte Lindsey don’t listen to Norm T. He is a troll who works for GM and it’s his life goal to bring Acura down. The Type S is coming out next year for the TLX. They’ve been testing it in Europe you can google it to get the pics.

Thats the same thing with ilx, they refreshed it twice already and its still based on the previous civic.

The MDX is a bargain... the Aspec package is not worth it even though it looks better. Only Aspec package that could be worth it is on the TLX which gets slight improvement on suspension components..They did do an good job on making all the A specs look better.. Just wish they would have added just a little bit of performance to all models

I'll pass on this one. No value here with this MDX. Acura dealers and Corporate isn't what it once was. Service sucks and the dealers have really become 3rd rate in most cases. I have owned five Acura's no more for me.

Paid 1k for one headlight back in 05 on my BMW. They are never cheap.
I did an improvement contract for a company that makes LED assemblies. It costs 80% less to manufacture LEDs than other forms of lighting.

Mdx is getting better every days. My 2008 has 330,000 miles and still pulling a 18 feet boat. When to trade it for 2013. Acura offers me $1000. I ll keep this bich forever,

Still behind the times. Interior is extremely outdated and the engine performance hasn't been improved in a decade. They should be making sport tuned MDX's by now pushing 400HP. I HATE american cars but seriously considering the Jeep SRT over this.

It’s not far from M-package from BMW, with exception of lower and firmer suspension, better grip and less body roll at corners, but worse riding on bad streets.
For people who don't have a bunch of kids, the Acura RDX is smaller, sportier, and just all-around better.
The price is ridiculous. Knock that price into the mid 30's and you've got something.
For some reason Lexus F-Sport way more better looking than the A-Spec.
Acura needs a new grill design.

Definitely look at the Lexus RX that thing has a grill from top to bottom and an extremely ugly front over hang. That Thing sticks out another 3 feet from the front wheels.
I personally think , it’s a very sexy looking car , one thing that would hold me back, would be lack of power. For 50 K I expected 300+ horsepower. Would I buy it ? Possibly, only because it looks so dang sexy
just the style looks dated. And it needs 2.0T instead.
