This game is Exactly like the Equestria Girls mobile game that I was obsessed with, it's a lot of minigames and bad models, but I can only be happy when I remember it because it was one of 2 mobile games that I was able to get my hands on. it even had a stupidly hard rhythm game thrown in there, I think, might've been the other one
I did a little research and the wiki says it was made in 11 months. Nothing about a budget but by the looks of it they didn't have much. As a game dev, I can say that's not much time to make anything, let alone a couple hours of content based on a world without much established material. It makes me hope Ha$bro will put more money and time into another game.
About the only thing they can do is mod the characters into characters from the previous gen or Them's Fightin' Herds characters. Or add geni- OH!...yeah, ok. Mods would be good.
This Game is designed for small kids, and seems to have a low budged and for that it is OK. it has enough to entertain a Brony who just want to have more. The only real problem I have is the playtime. A casual playtrough to Platin Trophy took me 2.5 hours. That is way to short for 40€, yeah even for a kids game. When the Budget is low it should be the prize... This isn't 66% of the content of a tripple A game, this is less then most Indie Games.
OG generally snatches up the licenses for kids franchises, then makes games based on them for kids around 6 years old, instead of games everyone can enjoy. This needs to stop. OG needs to be blacklisted.
Putting aside my disappointment in this game as a whole, as in addition to just how minimal it is from a time perspective and how repetitive the gameplay is, AND not to mention animations that aren't Sunny's in-gane movements and a few cutscenes sucking... There are two factors that REALLY suck about this game. 1. It was overhyped. First, it was by the company that made it, promising a great experience for all ages (I even interacted with them a little bit on Twitter, leading up to the game's release), and yet when it comes to plenty of other platformer games meant to target a similar all-ages demographic, they are more challenging and fulfilling experiences than this. And I say this as someone who grew up with LEGO Star Wars, a game that was easy but was plenty of fun and plenty of replay value, which stands among the rebuttals to licensed tie-in games being shovelware by default. 2. In addition to that overhype, I'm sure you must have heard of SingleHoof's MLP G5 Leaked game, an experience that is shorter, free, and all around so much more entertaining, and it was made as a joke to capitalize on that hype. 3. Every character introduced in this game, including precious Primrose, never shows up again.

Do you remember the title of it? I love bad tie-in games!

Yeah, they definitely did what they could with a very limited time. I'm also looking forward to what else they could make!
The story was cute, and the gameplay was fun (Especially riding Sunny's roller blades). The only problem I had with it was the terrible lip-synching.
i really like your content dude, im really excited to see and hear you talk about more mlp stuff
The only other game i know where every menue option is spoken out loud is "The Vale shadow of the crown" and that game was made for blind people ^^.
This game needs a mod secene

4:48-4:58 I just wish the game will open a dialog box with instructions on how to play, load the environment, countdown, and start the game. 😃👍
The movie looked really great in 3D.
But I still think they should have made the series with the same 2D style as gen 4.
This summarized my thoughts exactly.
I loved the toy story 2 game. It was fun and challenging.
Back Years Ago 2021
Sunny And Hitch Is Lovers
It’s amazing that Hasbro didn’t make a Console game on G4
4:05 love the look and series
i finished this game in less than 2 hours smh
The game is perfect for FlitterKriz
