    Thank you for providing us with another option for a portable multiple display case scenario, or for creators that need a second touch display (for those questioning the usefulness of a portable monitor 😉). I can see this being connected to the ThinkPhone, and even the Legion Go as well.

    Lenovo, if you could kindly reply please. Do you have an estimated product launch date for the UK? I need to go travelling soon and plan to buy a new Thinkpad and monitor combo.
    Thank you

    I have purchased Legion Lenovo product on 13 April 2024 but the warrenty is already expired . When I filled the form for renewal of the warrenty I got back a email that " Machine warranty has been rejected due to high shelf life." I didnt expect such feedback from a professional company. Also the product has so many stuck pixels in the display. This is very bad. Also there is no way to contact the customer care service. Also the authorised service centers dont take the monitors for service or repairs.

    How can I connect this to the Thinkpad Universal USB-C Dock (40AY)?

    • @Lenovo
      @Lenovo  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi @alvchengdesign.
      Thank you for your interest with our products.
      The ThinkVision M14t Gen 2 Portable Monitor is a good choice for your productivity.
      It is indeed equipped with 2 USB Type C ports for display. Along with it comes a 1M USB-C to C Cable which you can definitely use to connect from a laptop device through the Thinkpad Universal USB-C Dock. And from the dock, you need to check the port from the device you are connecting it to and get the necessary cable.
      To learn more about the ThinkVision Monitor, check the link below:

      For the ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock:

      Hope this helps.

      @@Lenovo Thanks Mark for your reply, are you able to please advise in order to connect the m14t to the 40AY Dock, what wire and from which port on the dock should I connect it from? Thank you

    • @Lenovo
      @Lenovo  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Look for a USB-C to HDMI Male Cable or Display Port Cable to connect the M14t monitor to the dock.
      Now from the dock to the device where the display signal will be coming from (either a laptop or a tower for example), check first what is the display port of that device then find a suitable cable accordingly. If the display port of that device has HDMI, then find an HDMI cable since the dock has HDMI port too. If it's USB-C, then find a USB-C Cable to Display Port or HDMI Male cable
      You can learn more about monitor configuration by downloading and reading the Thinkpad Universal USB-C Dock (40AY) User Guide on the link below:
