How has the fuel pump held up I just ordered a new one and it gets here tomorrow?

So I bought the same pump and I think my wires got messed up. On the new pump it is purple black and gray. What wires do they hook up to on the car side. I know the car side is green blue and black

Or were you just relatively low on gas? I’m about to do mine but my tank is 3/4 full and I don’t want it to spill out if I remove the fuel pump.

​@@FreeznOffRoadYou didn't have to drop the tank? I'm at like 3/4 on my 91 Limited. I was hoping lift and maybe jacking it up would give me enough room to work. Did you have any issues getting it out with the tank in place? Currently the XJ is my daily and can't be down longer than a few hours. Pump is coming tomorrow. Thanks for the video. Already super helpful
