Thanks a lot. I have a query. I did coop and continued my job on work permit under Noc code 2231 for a duration of 6 months (2 months+4months). Then, I switched job, and my new Noc code became 22300. The job responsibilities in both jobs are same but the Noc codes in the experience letters are different. So, can I claim my coop work experience in FSW express entry or should I wait to get 1 year of experience in the second job and apply under CEC?

Concise explanation !! Thanks !! Question : 1 ) Under the "Human capital Stream - CEC" Do we have to submit T4s and tax files of Co-op and any part-time work ? 2 ) What if T4 of the relevant work experience is not availalbe when submitting OINP application in the beginning of the year. (Example : 2023 T4 is not receieved yet & OINP application deadline falls in FEB 2024). Thanks for your Help :)

Hello Sir, Can I delete the file generated in home page oinp before I submitting it?. For example, I created profile under CEC, but I found out that there are few hours short to complete my 1 year experience.However, I am also eligible for FSW, so can I create a fresh application with FSW.?,. ALL THESE I AM DOING BEFORE SUBMITTING application in OINP. Thanks.
Does Human Capital Priority stream demand the experience to be relevant to the study or it doesn't matter?
My is PGWP and it will be expired on October 2026. Recently i got invitations to apply OINP under master’s program. My wife’s SOWP had been expired on 31 December 2023. I have applied her extension for SOWP on 8 nov 2023 but it was denied on 25 January 2024. The reason was I forgot to upload my employment letter and paystubs. But reapplied it with my paystubs and also applied her restoration status on 27 January 2024.
My queries are as follows
1) should I accompany her along with my process for nominating with explanation letter.
2) can i show funds for both of us in only my accounts to support her as a spouse.
3) what documents should i upload from her side along with explanation letter.
Being a real expert I think you gonna give me the best advice.

it is necessary that noc should be same only as can i work for 6 month as software developer and 6 month as data analytics?

I also submitted 2 days back, I had requested WES to share my ECA with Ontario
But I didn't request WES to share my ECA with IRCC, I hope it's right ?

What is the possibility of OINP-FW for a NOC 21220
Hi Kubeir,
I received a Notification of Interest on 14th of Dec 2023 for Human Capital Priorities stream-Tech occupations from Ontario. In my express entry profile, I mentioned that my wife will not be accompanying me.
Can I update the spouse and kids accompanying to YES when filing the OINP application. Please note that if I include my Spouse my CRS score will reduce from 477 to 470 in Express Entry profile. But the OINP NOI was sent for a score range from 473 to 480 on 14th of Dec 2023 for Human Capital Priorities stream-Tech occupations from Ontario.

Hi Kubeir, thanks for all of that information. Wanted to know if there is any timeline to apply under the Human Capital stream under OINP. For example, international students are required to apply within 2 years after graduation. Any timeline like that for the Human Capital Stream?

I have a question. As you know after 11months of experience , CRS score gives point for 1yr of experience. Now if someone gets ITA during that time period(between 11months and 12months), should he accept ITA? If he applies after fulfilling 1yr of experience, will IRCC deny his application as he had no 1yr of experience during receiving ITA. Thanks

Use the withdraw option in your OINP application dashboard

Hello,
On December 14, I got Ontario NOI under my Express Entry profile. This draw includes both NOC 21221 and 22221. I have both NOC's work experience in my Express Entry profile but the primary NOC is 21221.
To meet the Human Capital Priorities Stream, I assume OINP will review work experience for NOC 21221 since it was the primary NOC on my EE profile. I started working as a contractor for that NOC 21221 on January 9, 2023, so 1 year is yet to complete. Moreover, I now relaize contractor is equivalent to self-employment. Therefore, I'd like to change my Primary NOC on the EE profile to 22221, because this one has already been completed 1 year. I confirm by this change my CRS score will remain the same.
Since I haven't registered my profile yet under the OINP HCP stream, can I change the primary NOC on the EE profile now, from 21221 to 22221?

I would like to know why three-year studies are not allowed? I checked the Canadian website and it says that a bachelor's degree is 3 to 4 years, wouldn't that option be there?
3 years studies may be a diploma which is not the same as a bachelor's degree which is the minimum requirement for the HCP stream

Say no, it doesn't increase your score. Unless you have Lmia job offer.
I receive 2 streams invitations from the same province Ontario. Got one from international student stream and the other one from express entry account. Human Capital provincial nomination. My question : Can I apply to both? If not Which one is better or will take less time. Please help!!! Anyone else with this situation? Kubeir Kamal Sir a quick question. I applied WP with a valid PNP Certificate while Actual WP processing time for application was just 8 weeks but Delhi official took 18 weeks to process it and they refused Application with a Reason Eligibility not passed due to Nomination Certificate expired on the other hand my PR Application based on Job Offer / Non EE PNP is going on does this refusal will affect my PR or not??? My Nomination actually got expired on processing I am Outlander. Your Valuable reply on this question will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
If your nomination expired after you have submitted your application, then raise a request for reconsideration using a webform.
If your nomination was valid when you submitted your PR application, then it will not impact.
