Yes, I tried it and didn’t work either on my iphone 11. This error message appeared AFTER I used the new SIM card overseas so I tried a different method and it worked! Setting->General->VPN &device management->Remove profile( This is the profile that was installed after I inserted the new SIM card overseas)
Hope this helps for someone who had the same issue as me.

Did not work. What got me into this mess was resetting my phone, clearing all data, then starting it as a new phone. Basically I was getting rid of a bunch of data clogging my phone that persisted through restores.
How did you fix it

had to take it to the store and the updated my carrier settings.

When I'm on 4G or 3G and try and go on websites using safari it said that there isn't a connection to a network. When I'm on Snapchat as well it doesn't work.

Went through the steps successfully and now in the settings page the green CELLULAR button Cannot be pushed it doesn’t light up and it says NO SIM. I think I’m really screwed now. Anybody have any suggestions

mine still wont work. I did everything I contacted at&t I even gota replacement PHONE FROM APPLE IT STILL DONT WORK.
My issue was that I didn't install the new SIM card (it was in the box) I took the old SIM card from my old phone and put it in my new phone (like the Sprint "technician" told me to do), and it was never going to work! If you switch phones check for the new SIM card in the box. It will work asap!

So for those that this doesn't work. Take your sim in and out. Does your phone pop up message that sim is out? If not leave sim out and bang phone on all sides semi hard on your leg or carpeted floor or put towl on table. I did this after a post where guy banged his. I didn't believe it. I been on TH-cam hours, tried back up restore editing back up, apn updates. Nothing. I said f it and took out sim banged on floor put sim in. Instant fix. iPhone 7, os12 update.

My problem is, I can't toggle to turn on cellular data access to apps. When I switch them on, it automatically turns back off when I exit the settings app. Except TH-cam. I'm on 11.3.1 currently

Seems like its a common issue with iOS.I'm using an iPhone 7 with 12.1 OS and had the issue yesterday. Contacted my network admin but they said they can't help it. And then i watched this video, Problem solved!.Thank you so much for publishing this.subscribed!
