Bravo, merci, continuez !! NB : I understand English...but it's difficult for me to write musical comments in English... I hope you'll understand me.
Dear Hélène, what a tremendous pleasure and honor it is to receive your kind comments about my Concerto! Indeed, a long time ago, I decided that I would write music that I would actually like to listen to, a novel concept for a contemporary composer, and, while I tried my hand at more dissonant styles, found myself honoring my true inner voice as a melodist and harmonist. It means a great deal to receive such encouragement by a musician that I respect and admire as much I do you! Perhaps one day I may have the privilege of hearing you performing it - let me know if that might ever be a possibility. Hugs to you - Adam PS Please forgive me for not responding in French - while I was able to understand everything you wrote (I studied French a LONG TIME AGO) I prefer not to embarrass myself:) PPS I remember meeting you and hanging out in upstate NY, when I played the Beethoven Choral Fantasy and you showed me your amazing wolf preserve - you were super cool to hang with, and I hope we get a chance to interact again in person sometime.

Lovely concerto Adam! Can you write one for 2 pianos and strings?
So this is what happens when you let Maestro Neiman dictate the soundscape. Eargasmic.
