I'll get a ton of hate for this comment, but this came out better then the Jared Dines collab. It is far more musical and all the players are playing with the music instead of just showing off.
The last three pieces are just amazing, epic even. The format and the length is more pleasing to the ears than the newest Jared Dines shred collab, too - and I also enjoyed that one.
Constantly hearing guitarists shred isn't pleasing to the ear at all after a while. You're right, it flowed smoothly and no one guitarist stood out in particular. They would've done better by simply making one long music track. It'd be less wasted time as well. At least with Dines we can see Marcin, Manu, and several other prodigious players perform.
3:22 dude what the actual hell the note choice in this is so beautiful and majestic it blows my mind and yes in my opinion I think this is better than jared's shred collar this year, that was great but it just seemed to drag on for too long

Probably the finest shred collab I've seen. I think the collabs in the west are too experimental in pursuit. ...at least to my taste and liking. THIS is SHRED in it's truest definition. Remarkable musicians and exceptional skills here. ...Mind blown!!

Wow! some really remarkable playing. I had never heard of any of the players in this video (With the exception of Charlie Parra and some others) And I'm actually quite blown away, some really creative solos and some speed I could hardly comprehend. In particular 5:13 made my jaw drop - The effeciency of that picking, just pure technique. I love how the backing track also gives the players different changes, different styles, different grooves so there's always exciting new ideas floating around. Truly impressive video
Backing tracks and the shredders are awesome. I think time travels slower in china😂. They had a lot of time to practice added to their insane amount of talent.
