    AP Courses are College level courses CHOSEN freely to be taken by Seniors in High School who wish to earn duel credit, High School credit and College credit at the same time. A student CHOOSES which AP Courses they wish to take. They are in no way REQUIRED to take any particular AP course or AP Courses at all. The have CHOICES! You can CHOOSE to just stick with your regular High School courses also.
    We need to STOP the FEW Extreme Right parents from stripping our children of a well rounded education! The MAJORITY of parents don't want these book bans and course bans etc. So why are the MAJORITY allowing the FEW to choose what our children do and don't learn?! It is the PUBLIC SCHOOL system! If you want Private education then pull your children out of the Public School System and place them in Private schools that cater to your Extremism or better yet Home School them! The rest of us want our children to be taught HISTORY & SCIENCE!
    WOKE means 'to be informed' so Hell yes I guess I prefer Wokeness! Because our children deserve to be INFORMED and knowledgeable of TRUTH! Because if we do not know our History we are in eminent danger of REPEATING it!

      Where *is* their science? Why do Nazi eugenicists get our money for their drones and microscopes *our* children can't even look out of?
      Why do our kids not have lead free water yet, while The Ukrainian Zelenskeevia spends our money on purses in Paris worth more than setting up a homeless vet in nice housing, with healthy food, and a college degree, which we can all safely assume, she doesn't really have, but, may have bought, as a farce, if it fits her needs. It is natural for young people to go against the grain and to question the ways of the old.. protest movements for that reason fit together snugly with the type of thinking teens often have. It is easy to fan the flames of this natural subversive teen tendency, but schools should not just aid subversion. Schools should not intend to make every student an activist. Yes, it is important to show the dark sides of a countries history, but a school should not forget to mention all the good a country has done too. I think it is here where people disagree on education. Schools and academies should not only make room for the story of the suppressed and the suppressor, it should also be a place that talks about normal people having normal lives.

      If you feel more appeased by voluntary victimhood and continuous dependence on focusing on the negatives there is no point in debate. To ignore the sacrifices by whites to ensure the laws and rules were changed only displays your inability to accept any responsibility or appreciation for those that fought to change things. I grew up around every race, I fought next to every race and never was there a mention about race but in the last 10 years, those that wanted to not be judged by their race no judge all by race. Very sad tonl see. Amazingly it appears those that are upset at their lack of success are the quickest and most forceful in pushing it isn't their fault

    I’ll vote for de Santis. Never Trump- but Desantis- certainly. I used to be a democrat and liberal- not by todays standards.
    You guys can cut the country in half and emphasize how America is the most racist Country in the world; - when it is close to the least racist country in the world, because it is far more diverse than most countries, perhaps the most diverse country on the planet. So many people want to come here, legally and illegally. Have you or anyone you know applied for a green card lately? If the country was as racist as you claim, why would anyone want to come here? To get here it takes a tremendous amount of effort- and still lots of people of color try. Why? You can tear down statues of Washington, Lincoln, and even Frederick Douglas- all were vandalized during blm. (Where did the money go? Would you mention the real estate purchases of blm personnel in the AP course?) You can deny the existence of abolitionists and John Brown. You can hate on Jefferson and claim he had no redeeming qualities, while the confederate vice president blamed Jefferson for being progressive and starting the end of a slavery (the cornerstone speech- google it.) You can try to transition 15 year old kids with hormones and operations. You can promote Marx and never mention his racist comments and never cancel him for his racist comments.
    You can do ALL those things- it’s a free country.
    I will vote for Desantis.
    I am not saying that racism
    Doesn’t exist. But I am saying this- telling lies doesn’t help. The lies that white peoples have told must be acknowledged- there is no doubt about that. But you can’t fight lies with more lies. That is not the way that the universe progresses. If you want to regress than go ahead and lie all you want.
    I will vote for Desantis.

    I understand that African America History is some of the most heart wrenching history. I recently homeschooled my son and taught him about it. The abbolishinists Casius Clay was our personal favourite. He was sort of a African American fantasy revenge story on slave owners. It is a movie just waiting to be made.
    I also taught my son about communism. Every single time Marxism has been tried in the last 100 years it ended up as a living nightmere. 100s of million murdered and killed in the most horrific ways. The gulag archipelago is particularly disturbing. Every person ends up oppressed under a communist system.
    The answer to African America history which was horrific should not be another horrific part of history Marxism. It would be extremely tragic for African Americans to be freed from slavery only to be enslaved by a communist nightmere. Communism is actually a system where every race is oppressed equally so it would be tragic for every person.

These people talk as if they are classical liberals interested in reason and individual liberty but truth be told, they are more interested in systems of power and the revolution of the proletariat. To say that LBGTQ is part of FBA/ADOS culture is saying that the Black community is prone to homosexuality like they said, we were prone to criminality, hypersexuality and those negative traits they want to forced exclusively on our community. Do we have gay/lisbaian/trans/bi & queers yes we absolutely do no different than anyone else community. We have to pay attention to what is being said. They say 40% LBGTQ+ adults in the USA are POC and then say 12% identify exclusively as being Black now the population of FBA/ADOS according to their stats we are 13 to 14%. Now, the percentage of FBA/ADOS in America is approximately 50 to 55 million, and 12 % of the highest value is 55 million, and that equal 21.82% so they are saying that the Black community is damn near half gay and that shit is not true.

It pits blacks against "whites", with "white" being defined as anyone who is actually white or who behaves as if they are white. it says integration was wrong, colorblindness is wrong, and objective thought is wrong. Everything is subjective and must be seen through their eyes, otherwise you must be "white". it is an activist political agenda. You say feminist as if it’s a bad thing. Many of the people who fought for the rights of blacks to be able to vote, to sit anywhere on the bus, to attend schools along with the whites, to own a business, to speak up and have a voice” for black women and men, their children’s education and opportunities. That’s feminism at its finest! Would you prefer to remain subservient to a man which is another form of slavery and not God’s that women should be subservient to their husbands. It’s twisted or interpreted by those who wish to twist it to their favor, that is a ruler, an autocrat, a dictator, an owner of to have power over. Its funny how its all CRT when focused on helping Black people, its been imported here to the UK too. • @alhazed
      @alhazed ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @gatherington well I would agree with you, but if you think the modern left are not actually critical to White cultures or indeed focused solely on Black issues them think again.
      I'll repeat, in the Uk it's gypsies that are the statistically the most downtrodden, yet the left here only focus on CRT issues that face Black people, that's just a fact. If they were genuine, then over here it would be Gypsy Lives Matter.. but it's not.
      Because it is intended to be racially divisive..I wish it wasn't, but it is..and look at the flagships of these movements, BLM, talk about take the money and run.
      The people of the left today need to wake up and think about structural issues that affect everyone, not divide people into racial groups whilst professing that it's those imagined divisions that are the issue. The irony is overwhelming.

    • @alhazed
      @alhazed ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @gatherington Yea that might be true. But I'm not so conspiratorial. I think there's an aspect of the wealthy that definitely use it to their advantage and others that are opposed.
      And it has created new wealth (like the BLM scandal) that now has an influence.
      In the end, however people get power they almost always spend their time trying to keep or grow that power..and rarely look to actually create meaningful change for people.
      But in my opinion, even when CRT was nowhere, it is still rooted in bigotry and division, by it's very assumptions.

    • @alhazed
      @alhazed ปีที่แล้ว
