Thanks for watching, liking, subscribing, all that jazz, and welcome to the video. This is one I've wanted to do for a while, rank the Warhammer games available on the Nintendo Switch. What are your personal favorites? Let me know in the comments!
It's fitting that your number one for this franchise (at least on Switch) has the best graphics; well, maybe 2nd to Boltgun, in my opinion. Never played any Warhammer game, myself. Not a strategy fan, but Boltgun seems more my speed as a casual FPS noob.
Was there ever a Hero Quest video game? That was the "gateway drug" for most Warhammer players when I was a kid... Great days, I still hanker after the figures when I see them x
Had forgotten about the Dawn of War games since I don’t even have a PC anymore. such great strategy games. Blood Bowl would be awesome too. Man I gotta grab a new laptop.
Warhammer in general seems to have so really interesting lore and characters. I do want to at least dip my toes into Warhammer via a video game at some point.
Warhammer newcomer here! Always liked the look of WH 40K but a bit daunted by a new universe I actually know little about. Do Boltgun and Mechanicus require prior knowledge to get the most out of them, or do they do a good job of easing in newbies like me? I’m sure the gameplay is great but just concerned I might get a bit lost! 🤔
I hope they bring Necromunda: Hired Gun to the Switch. The game was lambasted for bugs and story, but the gameplay is A1 and would get a 2nd life on the Switch.
Plucky Squire just got a release date on Switch, September 17 but not confirmed on Xbox game store😅 waiting to be released so close to Zelda was probably a bad idea. What do you think?
It sounds like a bold decision to me, given the new Zelda is about 9 days later. It's devolver so they for sure have the money to spend on marketing but I agree, a wider gap may have made a bit more sense. I'll for sure be playing and covering Plucky though!

I hit that thumbs up symbol on your post. Can't wait to see more posts from you. Brilliant creation, SwitchCorner. Maintain the superior work.

Boltgun is a blast and yeah, Mechanicus can be a little intense at times with its systems but it's just the right level for switch
I love Warhammer 40K. The lore is crazy! 😋
Right! That's why it's kept me hooked for so many years
I'm hyped for Space Marine 2!

I never played HeroQuest but it seems there was 2 games, but we are going back to the Amiga days for that one
Either that or Advanced Hero Quest or Space Crusade.
But HQ was on home computers during the 90's
For the Emperor!!! Really appreciate this video. Former Sisters of Battle and White Scars player here❤
Nice, I was also Sisters of Battle!
I have not played any of these. Interesting video and I think the easiest way to start is 40k boltgun?
Yeah I would say so!
I'm getting a bit fed up with turn based games on Switch now. I hope we get some new warhammer 40k games like space marine and dawn of war.
Agreed, would love some kind of Diablo inspired Warhammer title. Imagine playing as a Space Marine with different ability combos. 👌🏼
Diablo style would be great, maybe give it to the folks that did Darksiders Genesis. I would love to see Space Marine 2 on the next system

No knowledge required, especially for Boltgun. It's more a case of knowing the universe, but there's nothing you need to pick any up
@@SwitchCornerCheers Alex, Boltgun is the one I’m most interested in so will give it a shot!
Good to see Mechanicus top. Underrated and best Warhammer gaem bar Bloodbowl anyway.
Does Boltgun now runs properly on Switch?
We need some Shmups & Bullet Heavens!
I wish the franchise would dive back into CARNAGE. So much Hack n Slash & Side Scrolling potential there
I hope they bring Necromunda: Hired Gun to the Switch. The game was lambasted for bugs and story, but the gameplay is A1 and would get a 2nd life on the Switch.
Gladius would be a lot better
I didn't mind Necromunda after a few patches personally. I would love to see Vermintide personally, quality game
Love 40k. The games are a mixed bag but usually fun
They've definetely got better quality control now, Games Workshop use to give the name to anyone
Blood angels on PlayStation was my first
Can't say I've played that one!
I want rouge trader on the switch
Me too!
Dakka could be good but the weird zooming in and out when you fly pisses me off so bad and you cant change it. It ruins the game
2000% agree
There needs to be an Ork game.
Such a shame Mordheim was delisted 😢
I didn't know it was delisted
@@SwitchCorner the switch version is but not on Xbox / can’t say for ps

Dakka Squadron is garbage on switch, do not buy, choppy blurry janky mess
All Warhammer games are garbage. Only one I have seen is the demo for Xbox
Lots of good Warhammer games out there, outside of the few I mention in the video, you have games like Space Marine and Total War
