The sources I watched before often made me feel bad about myself or led me to decisions which harmed me mentally and physically but through your videos, your positive energy and informative content, I started seeing food as just FOOD. Not my enemy or something forbidden, bad or sacred😂..! I’m always looking forward your content and hope that 2025 can be another year where you can feel proud and happy about the work that you’re doing!❤❤
You’re really helping me. I tend to binge as a form of stimulation/self-soothing and I’ve lost my sense of hunger and fullness. Your Shorts with the game to play with kids for Halloween candy and Christmas treats has been implemented in my daily life. I try to do a tummy check throughout eating. I try to slow down and identify tastes and textures to actually enjoy my food, and I’ll sometimes defer treats to when I’m actually hungry again because I know I’ll enjoy them more if I’m actually hungry for them. Especially if they’re in my house and I could have them any time. It’s so simple, but it’s something I need to re-learn as an adult. Thank you.

Thanks to you, it’s your voice of encouragement and support that I listen to. You’d think at this late age I’d have figured it out. But step by step I’m learning to actually take care of me! I’m starting my own recovery journey and I’m so frightened. Your content has helped me so much but I’m struggling to ‘just do it’! I don’t understand how I can have a moderate diet (ie enjoy fun foods that I’ve restricted but still be “healthy) Is recovery truly possible?😩
It is!!! I'm a lucky proof, I've been anorexic for over 2 years, and I just started my recovery journey 3 months ago. It's hard. But I promise you, your life is going to change in the good way🩷 take care!!

Nice holiday tips and recap the can I drive 👍🏼...Jw, for the salad kit, why not just leave the ground meat unseasoned? You're using all of that sauce, chips, and salsa anyway which has plenty of flavor (and sodium). That way the meat is also left plain and makes it more versatile for later use...
I have been on an unhealthy cal deficit of 800 cal a day and lost 15kg. With such little cal intake I noted hair fall and dull skin and decided to increase my calorie intake to slowly. So I started to eat 1200cal for a little less than a week and gained 5 pounds. I don’t know how to increase my calorie intake without gaining weight. What would u suggest?
Maybe you could do reverse dieting? I mean like, eat 100 calories more for a week(900) and then if you haven’t gained any weight after a week, then eat 100 calories more again(1000 cal) for a week and till you get to 1200 cal in some weeks. Idk if it’s good but I’ve heard that it helped some people!:) 💕 You also gained weight probably because your metabolism CAN ONLY adapt to 800 calories in a day. I’m also there right now! I used to eat 400 calories per day and now I eat 700 calories!(I gained 1 pound because I’m bloated right now! But I’m still the same weight!)
The egg cc burritos looked delicious!😍 try Trader joes pineapole salsa instead of the mango salsa you had, it would probs go super well with the wraps, recommend trying it😊
I am ashamed to say I am turning 50 this month and have been sick since I was 19. I really need to recover but don't know how to . Don't know how to undo all my exercise and food rules.
Love these videos, they’re honest and that’s what we need ❤ In listening to what my body needs, I’ve learned that having a sweet breakfast, is not the best for me. It usually sets me up for being hungry sooner. This is with the fat, protein and carbs. Am I the only one 🎈?

It is, im recovery adjacent right now and it definitely is possible. Try to work with a therapist if possible
