Hey, Craig, don't know ya' man, but this shit right here helps me deal with my own issues with depression. Probably don't mean shit coming from a stranger, but thanks for being you. ❤❤❤❤. Embrace it man. Imposter system can be brutal. Depression can be brutal. But we're all here because of you. The guests are a bonus. Honestly, I'd never heard of either of these guys before this episode. They seem incredibly fucking chill. As a recovering alcoholic the poking the bear segment was very relatable. Notha' certified banger. Frank and Dean seems like they'd be incredible people to meet.
Dude, Gray Britain was the transition point for me. One of the only genres I hadn’t gotten into was Metalcore, but Grey Britain got me on the hunt. Then, Metalcore artists started mixing in Nü-Metal, electronic, Djent, and other elements into the genre, doing all of these progressive things, and I got to be along for the ride. Up to that point I hadn’t been alive or cognizant for any kind of scene, and it was seeming like there wouldn’t been any more scenes to join, but then along came Nü-Metalcore! “The Riverbed,” off Grey Britain still gives me chills to this day.
Best one yet imo. You seem to be able to draw answers out of guests in a really cool and fun way, even with a badass like Carter. Shame you didn't ask what their dream collab was tho, will have to wait for a rocksound interview for that golden insight
Literally had no idea who today’s guests were but I watch every episode (I feel bad - sorry guys!) but after watching and being so inspired by the entire podcast I am happily diving into all of their projects! Frank and Dean are perfect guests!! They are so well spoken, and I love the positivity they put out into the world! Thank you for putting out yet another banger episode, having yet again amazing guests on, and being vulnerable and allowing us to share those feelings with you! We’re all rooting for you and your channel, you’re doing great and you’re great at what you do!! 👌🏻
Hi Craig, I'm a newbie here having started with the Bryan Garris interview and now this one. And man, I love it. I love your style and real talk. Keep on doing the good work man!
Not surprised to hear it was a Newcastle crowd that gave them the best reaction to one of their songs. Newcastle crowds are always something else no matter the gig
Been a huge fan of Frank since I found Gallows in 2006, but I had no idea Dean was in FC&R. I remember playing with Heights in Worcester in 2010 in one of the smallest basement venues and being a huge fan of theirs, bought multiple shirts and had a sticker on my bass. Glad he continued within music and didn’t give up!
love frank and his tracks his lyrics are brilliant, the rattlesnakes are absolutely class too 🤘🤘so glad they did form together as they are absolutely brilliant, excellent podcast too 👌
Oi Craig, I noticed the hair, it's beautiful. Also the first fest I went to was sonisphere 2011 and one of my fondest memories was watching gallows, at one point they had a circle pit going from the stage to behind the audio desk! It was fucking nuts. It's really nice to hear the transition Frank has made in life and the music he's a part of now is fan-fucking-tastic.
Latecomer to Frank Carter heard Devil Inside Me from Peaky Blinders but I delved into Blossom, right up my street, great energy, then Dark Rainbow what a contrast sonically but with the same lyrical genius.
Already awesome and only 18mins in. I just love how Craig can ask questions of people he hardly knows (Frank) and have a real discussion without being a dick or prodding the bear.
Used to fucking froth Heights. Got to support them when they played a shitty little venue in the suburbs of Sydney in either 2009-2010. Nice dudes. Stoked to see Dean working with Frank 🤝

Great guests, very cathartic. Big respect to Frank for asking Craig if he was actually alright.

Here here! I second this 🤝
This band rules. Such a deep discography of bangers. Love the evolution of this band. They seem like a couple of level headed gentlemen 🤘
Always fascinating to get an insight to Frank. Been a fan since early Gallows days. Great interview!

Bro, please never get a structure for the “2 questions and a lie” game. It’s hilarious every time!😂😂

'imagine trying to get someone to mosh for the whole of shrek 2' - challenge accepted.

5 or 6 fucking tattoos and then play a gig? Jaysus Frank, no wonder you've knocked that on the head.
Grey Britan is one of the Best Albums of all time. I also loved Pure Love. Much respect to Frank
I mean, it's good but not that good
GREAT BRITAIN IS FACKIN' DEAD!
That Pure love record is great!
Loved the vibe !
Beautiful episode, respect to all concerned
“I’ve been bored since 9/11” this has to be a Peep Show quote, right!?

Used to fucking froth Heights. Got to support them when they played a shitty little venue in the suburbs of Sydney in either 2009-2010. Nice dudes.
Stoked to see Dean working with Frank 🤝
