      Project is Good. price is little bit on the higher side due to the brand.
      However, location wise its Good, it also has multiple connectivity.
      Possession is in 2.5 to 3 years down the line, Rental yield will be good comparing to other locations.

      If 7/12 is not done then it's bit scary. If you not planning for the construction, sell it off once you get suitable price, and invest in sanctioned scheme or buy bigger land parcel more than 11000 Sq.ft. where 7/12 will be transferred on your name. Such kind of land is safe & assured appreciation in long term. i.e. easy to sell also once price will increase.
