@@prathanaramsundar6643Hi dear , my cyst size is 3.9cm and my doctor prescribed me to take vissane. I am afraid of taking it. Do I need to take it for life long?
I’m going to see my gynecologist on Thursday because I’ve been taking it for 18 days and I’ve been spotting for weeks and now bleeding everyday, exhausted no energy, and depressed. I hope they can change the meds for me
Visanne in some patients tend to create cystic growth and I agree about the side effects. For me it didn’t help I was in pain anyway. I’m due for a laparoscopy.
It could go either way, but most people have expressed how they've experienced rapid weight gain. I didn't experience any of it, it just made me feel sick often. Hope this helps:)
I ve been taking it for 6 months. Noticed I feel more anxious and experiencing insomnia, but its even better than having my painful period. I missed one pill last Friday and had unprotected sex. Can I get pregnant? I am aware that I dont ovulate taking this medication even though they say it's not a birth control. In other words, if you don't ovulate so you can't get pregnant, right?
I'm sorry, but I'm not in the position to answer this. I really don't know. I think you should go see your gynae just in case. It's always best not to speculate, this helps avoid surprises 😂❤️
I am taking this medicine from last 20 days. And i am facing bleeding after 5-6days taking this medicine. I am also feeling a bit cramps and abdominal pain. Is it normal? Will the bleeding get stopped after some days?? Please anyone help me with their experience
For some people, Visanne aggravates their bleeding for a while and for others (like me), it stops it completely. I think your body's just getting used to the medicine and this happens differently for everyone. That could just be it and it could stop soon. But if the side effects like the cramps are worse than before you started taking it and nothing is improving? I don't think it's a good sign. Since I'm not a doctor, I'd advise you have a conversation with your gynae. It will help bring clarity, it usually does for me. Maybe Visanne just isn't for you. I really hope this works out for you.❤️❤️ Thanks for sharing!
Visanne worked like a charm for me, it gave me my life back! I've been on it for 2 years + and I'm so grateful for this medication ❤
How long did it take until you felt “normal” again? I’m still having pain and extreme bloating at 3 months.
@shirin9464 sorry to hear dear, I felt normal after 3 months.
So happy for you, still trying to find something that'll give me my life back too. Thanks for sharing ❤️

Omw, I didn't know that! All the best with your laparoscopy. Thank you for sharing.❤️
did anyone else experience rapid weight gain and struggled to loose it whilst on visanne?
I didn't
What about gaining weight? Is that expected when you take this medication?

Its not approved as a oral contraceptive but the prevention is still about 97%
