  • Vendor and Supplier are both often confused to be the same, but both have a thin difference which we have explained in this video. A vendor is one who will provide goods to the end customers for their consumption. But whereas the Supplier is one who will provide the goods in bulk to the business entities and organizations.
    The vendor has a wide range of products but whereas the supplier specifically supplies one particular product.

      Please allow me to explain this. Let us understand this way - Oracle has may products like ERP JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle EBS etc. For these product companies like TCS, Tech Mahendra, Wipro etc. do implementation. So, these companies are channel partner of Oracle.

    can we say , supplier is manufacturer?

    • @RetailConcepts
      @RetailConcepts  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not exactly

      @GayatriTechno ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you have your own business and directly purchasing from a manufacturer, then the manufacturer is your supplier. If you are buying from a big wholeseller then the wholeseller is your supplier.
