We have run Shelbourne headers since 1996. We wouldn't be without it. My goal is to trap snow. I am in southern Saskatchewan and with a 26 ft. Schulte mower and gps we strip every other pass for the wind to pack in snow drifts through the complete field. In the spring we mow the standing strip as we have a seed master hoe drill.

How is it possible to harvest canola with this headder?
If set right very low. Better than a sickle head
What are the looses ? Thanks
The soil is colder in some climates You need to have a disc drill.
Est ce qu'il y a des pertes au sol par rapport à une coupe standard ? Merci
Losses are very low, if set correctly
