the s7 has more detailed, better colour grading pictures with the back camera... while the iphone 7 has better cropping and a better front facing camera, so overall i'd say that the s7 is better by far

When it comes to 4K videos the iPhone utilizes both EIS and OIS, while the Samsung S7 only uses OIS. If you want to record videos on the Samsung S7 without the shakiness I recommend recording in 1080p as it'll use both EIS and OIS. OIS = Optical Image Stabilization EIS = Electronic Image Stabilization

when i got mine it took a while to get used to the transformation cuz i used to use ios too, but then you realize all the freedom and usability of it and its amazing af but then again it takes a while to set up and then you have to deal with all the bloatware and stuff. after that tho its speedy af and i got an antutu score of 160k xD

In my opinion, the IPhone 7 camera looked like it was too bright at points or too dark, it didn't look all too natural to me. The IPhone 7 was noticeably worse in Low Light situations aswell

Android is for everyone and boasts more in different areas. iOS devices do have better things than Android and it's the same the other way round. From this video every video and photo I saw looked better on the S7 except from one on the iPhone 7. I had an iPhone 4 back in the day but switched back to Android after I realized how much better it was. I like the looks of them both but Android takes it for me. Oh and also Android is used on a range of phones so there is a lot more cheaper devices and ones with particular features that appeal to others. There is my opinion. :D

iPhone fanboy here (though I have no problem with Android devices); If only Apple were to incorporate some of the strengths on the Galaxy to improve the current iPhone camera. To me the Galaxy really stood out in auto-focus, image processing in daylight (better, more even/natural colors), the rear facing flash is noticeably brighter (most android devices do have brighter flashes than the iPhones) along the low light capabilities seem to shine more towards the Galaxy S7. I know Ed stated something about the under-exposed images that the iPhone 7 took while recording, however the tones were a lot softer and life-like. If Apple (or shoot, even Samsung/other companies) took these strengths/weakness - we would have a fantastic mobile camera on our hands. Then again, we can't really expect too much; if you want supreme quality, get a DSLR or a mid-level/high-end point and shoot. ;)
Honestly I like the streamlined design and optimization that the iPhones deliver. Not really sure why I like them aside from that, I just do. When it comes to functionality, Android is definitely better (same with Mac vs PC). I've always been a PC user, but never a big fan of the Mac system. I'm sure a lot of other people are the same way.

Iphone's images look natural more like what humans see on daily basis but the s7 saturation and image processing is inconsistent , especially at the 4:50 mark clearly shows it.
Just bought the Samsung galaxy s7 on Wednesday, upgraded from the s5. I agree there are plus and minus points to picture quality from both phones tested. But as I'm not a big fan of the iPhone I will say some of the pictures had more definition of colour. Get comparison test.....
I always feel like every year they have just slightly improved cameras but with the same pro's and con's. S7's this time around shows more detail, but it looks less color accurate and more bright, which can be unpleasing to some people. The iPhone looks a bit more soft, but realistic colors and lighting are key here. Both are beautiful cameras so I can't really have a preference.

That's because DIS is only enabled for 1080p recording, Footage will look much more comparable at 1080p and 4K relies exclusively on OIS.

I always feel like every year they have just slightly improved cameras but with the same pro's and con's. S7's this time around shows more detail, but it looks less color accurate and more bright, which can be unpleasing to some people. The iPhone looks a bit more soft, but realistic colors and lighting are key here. Both are beautiful cameras so I can't really have a preference.
