    Magandang araw po. Binabawi na po ng employer ko ang wifi modem na niloloadan nila monthly na naging part na po ng equipment ko for working from home. Hindi daw po part ito ng non dimunition of benefits kasi NON MONETARY benefits are not included in Article 100 of non dimunition of benefits. Kukunin na po this friday

      Hello Mam! 😄 Kapag sinabing ang benefit na ito ay mandated to all employees except the following: tapos nabangit yung manager or other classification, ibig sabihin hindi required ang companya to give the said benefit sa mga exceptions na ito.

    Lahat ng to di sinunod ng employer ko 😔 pero kinoconsoder ko parin na naging mabait sila kaya di ko na hahabulin kaso kasi sobra na may mga di pa sila binabayaran na payroll. And pinaka worst they trick me to sign a contract na naka indicate na kaka start ko palang na kaya ganon yung effective date ng contract is for formality lang

      Hi Ms! Nagtatrabaho ka parin ba sa companyang ito? Kamusta ka na? You can file a case sa DOLE if hindi parin nila riniresolve yung concerns mo despite your constant follow ups. These are government mandated laws kasi

      @@sagetalk7667 Hello po sinettle na po nila yung Mga unpaid payroll po , at nag decide na din po akong mag umalis nakapag render naman po ako ng 30 days. If ever po ba pwede ko pa po silang habulin sa government benefits? Tho may hawak po silang contract na pinapirmahan nga po nila last feb na pinalalabas kaka hire palang po samin ng January pero may proofs po akk kasi may copy po ako ng mga payroll po namin mula march po.

      @@jucelpolo3541 I see, goodluck sa new opportunity Ms! 😊 Kapag ikaw ay nag resign o na terminate entitled ka sa Final Pay. As per DOLE Labor Advisory, in pursuant to article 95 of the Labor Code, ang final pay ay dapat na ibigay within 30 days from the date of separation or termination of employment, unless there is a more favorable company policy, individual or collective agreement thereto.
      Ang mga kasama sa final pay ay ang mga sumusunod:
      1. Huling sahod - mga araw na trinabaho mo na hindi mo pa natatanggap ang sahod
      (ex:- Daily wage and Unrealeased Overtime, Commission, and Incentive)
      2. Prorated 13th month (if 1 month or more ka na sa companya) - computation is yung total salary na na earn mo within the year divided by 12
      3. Leave credits convertible to cash - based sa company policy ninyo at contrata kung convertible ito
      4. Tax refund (for the excess tax withheld) - for taxable employees
      5. Cash Bonds and any deposits if applicable (ex: Employee Investment/Savings Program)
      -Yung makukuha mo ay eleles sa Company Liabilities & Deductions if meron ka (Cash Advances mo, utang sa employer at damages).
      In addition, employer shall issue a certificate of employment within three (3) days from the time of the request by the employee.

    Anu anu din po ang pwdeng matanggap ng isang trabahador na pakyawan po kasi yung mr.ko mag 20 years napo sa work niya .ang natatanggap niya pong bonus 6,500 nitong 2022 lang po tinaasan yung bonus niya kaya naging 6.500 wala napo ibang nakuha,wala din pag ibig,sss at anu pa.
    Wala din po siya nakukuha kahit nag oover time siya or may pinaparush na gawain sknya yung amo na ang trabaho niya din po ang wood furniture ang isang pinto po na nagagawa niya ay 550 nitong 2022 lang din po nila ginawa ng 550 pero dati po 500 lang pero sa iba po mataas na. Anu po kaya ang tama dipo kasi kami maalam sa ganito.
    Salamat po sa mkaka sagut.
    Dalawa lang din po silang trabahador dito .

    Lahat ng to hndi sinusonod ng amo ko isang colutractor po ang amo ko sa 14 years ako sa kanila wala po silang binibigay na binifits sa mga tao wala pa po silang id na binibigay.masaklap po naaksidente ako sa trabaho ko po naputulan ako ng paa.ang mayron lang po ako hawak mga payslip.pinabayaan na ako ng amo ko pwde ko po ba eriklamo yong amo ko sa labor po hawak kulang po payslip saka picture sa trabaho po.

    Just subscribed! :) Hi, meron po akong gustong itanong. Nasa employment po kasi ako ngayon na wala pang leave credits. And yung company ko po ngayon ay "compressed schedule" a week which is 9hrs kami during Mondays-Fridays. So nag-absent po ako ng 1day. Nagulat po ako sa deduction ng 1day absent ko which is mas malaki sa daily rate ko. Kasi ginawa nilang 9hrs ang computation. Diba po sa Labor Code, 8hrs a day lang talaga? Kahit yung companies ay may "compressed schedule". Ang opinion ko dito, kung 9hrs per day po ang binabawas nila pag nagabsent yung tao, dapat pag holidays, 9hrs din. Right? Naloloka po ako sa computation ng payroll sa company ko ngayon. Nakaka-sad lang. I'm hoping for your response and opinion po about this. Thank you in advance! :)

      Hi! 🙂 Eleles yan sa gross pay mo although mas malaki yung contribution ng employer kaysa sa employee. For 2021 rate: 4.5% lang ng monthly gross salary mo is yung SSS Contribution mo na e dededuct sayo whereas 8.5% ng gross pay mo yung contribution naman ng employer mo para sayo for a total of 13% of your gross pay as your SSS Contribution.
      Sample:
      >Gross Pay for the month = Php20,000
      >Employer SSS Share = Php1,700
      >Employee SSS Share (yung eleles sa gross salary mo) = Php900
      >Total SSS Contribution for the month = Php2,600
