Anu anu din po ang pwdeng matanggap ng isang trabahador na pakyawan po kasi yung mr.ko mag 20 years napo sa work niya .ang natatanggap niya pong bonus 6,500 nitong 2022 lang po tinaasan yung bonus niya kaya naging 6.500 wala napo ibang nakuha,wala din pag ibig,sss at anu pa. Wala din po siya nakukuha kahit nag oover time siya or may pinaparush na gawain sknya yung amo na ang trabaho niya din po ang wood furniture ang isang pinto po na nagagawa niya ay 550 nitong 2022 lang din po nila ginawa ng 550 pero dati po 500 lang pero sa iba po mataas na. Anu po kaya ang tama dipo kasi kami maalam sa ganito. Salamat po sa mkaka sagut. Dalawa lang din po silang trabahador dito .

And yung company ko po ngayon ay "compressed schedule" a week which is 9hrs kami during Mondays-Fridays. So nag-absent po ako ng 1day. Nagulat po ako sa deduction ng 1day absent ko which is mas malaki sa daily rate ko. Kasi ginawa nilang 9hrs ang computation. Diba po sa Labor Code, 8hrs a day lang talaga? Kahit yung companies ay may "compressed schedule". Ang opinion ko dito, kung 9hrs per day po ang binabawas nila pag nagabsent yung tao, dapat pag holidays, 9hrs din. Right? Naloloka po ako sa computation ng payroll sa company ko ngayon. Nakaka-sad lang. I'm hoping for your response and opinion po about this. Thank you in advance! :)

Hi! 🙂 Eleles yan sa gross pay mo although mas malaki yung contribution ng employer kaysa sa employee. For 2021 rate: 4.5% lang ng monthly gross salary mo is yung SSS Contribution mo na e dededuct sayo whereas 8.5% ng gross pay mo yung contribution naman ng employer mo para sayo for a total of 13% of your gross pay as your SSS Contribution. Sample: >Gross Pay for the month = Php20,000 >Employer SSS Share = Php1,700 >Employee SSS Share (yung eleles sa gross salary mo) = Php900 >Total SSS Contribution for the month = Php2,600
