It's biology - beauty is basically the symmetry of the features - these features can be distorted with weight and bad lifestyles, that's why you see many people becoming "hot" after major weight loss e.t.c - and on a subconscious level beauty equals health - therefore they will reproduce healthy offspring. In Africa for example there are women that on purpose gain a lot of weight because in their society, weight means access to food therefore wealth therefore health. Sure the definition of beauty differs from era to era and place to place but the biology is still there.
My boyfriend is aussie and once he rocked the same stash Jim is right now .... #Vietnam flashbacks
Good looks privilege is probably stronger than racial privilege, but the media won't talk about it because it is a large part of why most of them have a job.
Also, the rest of us want other people to take one for the team while we date pretty people.

I kinda agree plus don't black people essentially talk about this all the time with colorism and how the light skinned black peoole are perceived as better looking and get a much easier time than the darker skinned ones.
There was a state funeral for Mother Teresa in India. When she passed, the whole country noticed.
Mother Teresa was a very evil and misguided person. She believed that everyone that was sick did something wrong and it was Gods way of punishing them.
As a kid I always heard her name when someone was considered a good person and Hitler's when someone was considered bad; imagine my surprise when I found out the truth about her! Wow! What a huge disappointment! Luckily, I was well into my forties by then, so much more jaded, which apparently, is a survival technique.

I never claimed that. TH-cam videos ARE useful to go along with ALL the other information out there on Mother Teresa. But at the end of the day it's just a genetic and biological drive, assessing reproductive fitness
If someone is overweight it implies they aren't the best at being healthy or would produce the best reproductive potential, same with thin hips etc
Obviously it can be overridden by personal taste and isn't a die hard rule

i worked for under a year at Abercrombie and the manager told me straight up i got hired because i was the tallest, most in shape, and best looking of the interviewees (we had a group interview)
face it people: you have eyes for a reason, and the human mind does not seek out the ugliest things in life, but the best looking... which includes PEOPLE
you don't buy ugly fruit, you dont buy wilting/dead flowers, you dont buy moldy food, you dont buy the ugliest car (some do for some reason), and you dont date someone you arent attracted to...EVER!

Yeah, this research is why I started wearing more makeup. When I was 22 I was cute enough to make it by with mascara and concealer and sometimes eyeliner & shadow.
But it’s all downhill after 25! 😂
It’s not right, but I’m not about to let something simple like makeup & clothes get in the way of how far I go in my career. 😤
