WANING! READ UP ON FLASHING BEFORE YOU DO THIS! MY PHONE DIED BECAUSE THIS SOLUTION FAILED.
The flashing process failed halfway through for me, and it resulted in my phone dying. I have now heard 3 different opinions from 3 different professionals, and my phone is officially dead with no hope of recovery at this point. This wouldn't have happened if I had just factory reset my phone from the very beginning through recovery mode, which I didn't want to do because I had data on it that I didn't want to lose. Now it's not just the data I lost, but also my phone.
So you really have to evaluate whether you want to take the risk of your phone completely dying by doing this, or whether you just want to factory reset it from recovery mode.

It's probably because he doesn't speak English. Also, by using video he can show anyone, regardless of language, how to fix their phone. The annoying part I've not figured out is how to download the firmware for free (as is implied on the SamMobile site).
