  • The sim racing pedals under 500$ usually compromise in few aspects but this model is great surprise and I can see many people happy with this product!
The Haptic motors are from Simagic but as you can see they fit with slide modification and do great job!

It's almost miraculous how far the sim racing market has come in the last 3 years. There was a stagnation in the 2010-20. But after 2020 we got cheap DD wheels, truly entry level prices, not just "on paper." Then it looked like there were pedals everywhere (like at Sim Racing Expo 2021), saturating the market. But that pushed prices down, and now you can get amazing pedals in the 300-500 range. So now you can get affordable, but high quality wheel and pedals for around 1000 EUR. Example: you can get Moza R9 V2 and CS V2 Bundle (~600) and these pedals (370). And from the looks of these pedals, you will be happy for a long time if you buy them. Let's hope 2024 will be even more incredible. Now we need games/sims, AC2, overhaul of iRacing, hope GTRevival will be good,...

Sim pedals have improved leaps and bounds over the last 3 years. Once again the CNC machining leads the way in making cost effective metal pedals better and just a few dollars more then the composite rivals.

I have the VX Pro and they feel grate, but just from the looks of it, the VNM have much higher build quality, in terms of materials, machining and fit and finish. I do believe though that the construction (working principle) of the Simgrade's is better. The Simgrade are also very compact and have basically half the footprint, if that's something you care about. I had issues with the calibration of my pedals though. They will sometimes lose calibration and they won't accept calibration profiles. I wrote Simgrade about it and it took them two weeks to respond. The Response wasn't helpful at all. I have not heard of anybody else having that issue, but if you do end up having problems with your pedals, the customer service of Simgrade is "not the best".

@@mementomori4972 Thanks for the info! It helps in my decision on what to buy.
The reason I am leaning a bit to the VX-Pro is because it is not elastomer base. I was having a problem with my current pedal (Simjack pro with Heusinkveld elastomers) where after about 20 minutes of racing and proper brake use, the pedal gets very soft making it hard to be consistant.
Apart from the calibration issues, can you describe how the consistancy is on the VX-Pro?

    • @mementomori4972
      @mementomori4972 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@victorcatorz5731 I talked to a couple of people who have the VX pros and no one else had any issues with the calibration, so it may be just me or something with my rig. The brake pedal is very good. The brake feel is always the same due to the lack of elastomers. But you need to develop muscle memory and get used to it. The pedal is progressive but it is very linear up until you hit the spacers (if you decide to leave them in). It's not like with other pedals where you have a soft spring and when you compressed the soft spring completely, you then start to compress the elastomers. So you don't have that clear "step" in the travel and if that's how you have set up your old pedals, you may miss it on the VX pros at first. You can set the brake pedal to be really hard or very soft. I have it right in the middle and that's good or me. I don't think that you will be disappointed but the build quality could be a bit better. The software is also not very intuitive and straight forward. So maybe that's something to consider.

My assumption is that more is better for : downforce , no clipping , no heat , slew rate , broken fingers😅

Oh god, you really let me realize how hard things are with all those great choices man 🙈
Every pedal set you mentioned as great value for what it is!
If you want to add haptics without much effort the P1000 are just the perfect choice and the next are the VNM which will get the haptic with very work!
However, for the VRS already have 3d printed adapter which works great!
The prices of all those pedals varies and they really are all absolutely amazing for there cost and honestly I believe you must go for what you personally value the most being the price are the esthetics!
In terms of performance they will cover all 100%
Just think if you want to spend the less possible or you want to go for those who like the most esthetically man 🤛
I really can’t take that responsibility of pointing my personal preference as I know they will all do top work

Oh that's a long answer, I appreciate it.
From the beginning I considered the DC RS because I found them very good in terms of construction quality and adjustments, you mentioned the vibration kit.
In the same dcsimracing store they sell a kit of this vibration emulation.
I suppose it will be on par with the Simagic one, even though this kit is aesthetically worse, in my personal taste.@@chepilevski

Great video brother, do you prefer long or short travel in your brake pedals?

Sounds like he prefers a longer travel on the pedal.

Yes Alex, I prefer travel to have better control of the car weight transfer 🤛

@@chepilevski sweet bro, I am thinking to change because the Asetek Forte are very stiff and have small travel so sometimes I feel it’s hard to modulate the trail braking accurately

@@alexkayracingThat very stiff concept is not real, GT3 pedal cams show that there is “1 Meter” travel on the brake. Sim companies gave wrong info.

do the haptic modules work with sim hub or with simagic software? I want to add shakers to my HV sprints. I kinda wish I had these over my sprints. looks like easily as good if not better for 60% the price. but then communism....

Once you buy these through a distributor in the us you’re looking at double the price
