I found LRR through binging the Crack-A-Pack due to just the enjoyably unhinged energy Graham brought to some of them, and it was so good to see that energy again in this one. Please let them do more when Crack-A-Pack rolls back into the content production cycle.
@@Omega_Orion don't feel bad, I think they're keeping it relatively low key. He talks about it at the beginning of a loading ready live show on twitch, which you can see on their main channel on TH-cam. The title is hot poetry and I'll try to send the link (sometimes it doesn't work) but it's a really well told story th-cam.com/video/v3NqAGVpmeE/w-d-xo.html
@@Omega_Orion if you want to hear it straight from Graham, he broke the news at the very beginning of the most recent Loading Ready LIVE episode (on their main channel, LoadingReadyRun). I have never been given such terrible news in such an entertaining way, it's absolutely worth watching that part.
"I don't need the tokens!?!?" Boy I bought that precon JUST to get those tokens! Do you have ANY idea how criminally adorable those baby Cat Dragons are!?!?!?
I hope that when Crack-A-Pack comes back for regular stuff, they consider making cast rotation and/or two hosts a permanent thing. I love Graham's dry-yet-buckwild energy, but the variety of personalities we've seen for Double Masters, plus the way they bounce off each other, is super-entertaining.
God I could watch Adam open packs all day cause like Ben said his energy of the pennies cards is just hilarious but also as a limited player I understand it.
Being the same age as Ben, I did not realise that the Tenacious D movie bombed until a decade later - because *everyone* I knew had seen it, and could sing every song by heart. (At least Kickapoo).
Couple things for anyone who might be confused by the League Guildmage bit: -Nobody uses the Strixhaven colleges for the enemy guilds the same way nobody uses the Dragons of Tarkir clans for the allied ones or calls Mardu "Savai" or Jeskai "Raugrim" after Ikoria. -There's been 3 rounds of Ravnican guildmages, one for each trip to Ravnica. The first ones were named for the guilds directly (Izzet Guildmage, Golgari Guildmage, etc...), the second set was named for their guildhalls (so Boros had Sunhome Guildmage, Dimir had Duskmantle Guildmage, and so on), and then most recently we got names based on the second word in each guild's full title (the Gruul Clans got Clan Guildmage, the Simic Combine had Combine Guildmage, you get the picture). So League Guildmage is exactly the same as it's ever been lol.
These PPR crack-a-packs have been super fun with the energy they bring to the table, but ngl I am a little upset that for almost all of them, the hosts didn't really read the cards as they were opening them, and most cards were only put on screen for a couple of seconds. I understand that it's a reprint set, but many of us haven't seen these cards before now (or at least, not frequently enough to know them by name), and the fact that a lot of them have new art, or special borders etc makes me wanna be able to appreciate them properly without having to pause or rewind. Just something to consider for future! :)
I’m glad to have some great entertainment for something from this set. Otherwise, this felt like one of the worse releases for a set financially. I think the drafts will end up being $40-$50 without prizing. 🤪
lmao, These two are hilarious. Also, Adam gaslighting Ben and saying he's being gaslit was *chef's kiss*.

Graham is being treated for cancer at the moment (He's winning don't worry) so that might take a while
@@gunfighter009 Oh jeez, not sure how I dodged that info all this time, thanks for telling me :)

Izzet Guildmage was the 1st Ravinca Block
Nivix Guildmage was the 2nd Ravinca Block
League Guildmage is from our most recent Ravinca visit.
Of course you put these two together! I love their infectious chemistry. 😊

We need more Dragon Cats. Maybe also Wizard Cats. Just more cats in general.
Adam and Ben? At this time of day? Located entirely within my Crack-a-pack?

Man, this Adam fellow is quite the personality. LRR should have him as a guest more often.

I absolutely did enjoy this crack-a-pack with two wonderful rays of sunshine and I hope it's not their last!
I love Adam's evaluation of cards. I also only play limited, so I too get excited for lagacs.
The content train never stops!
Shoutouts to the editor(s)
Ben / Adam: "You're not allowed to change card names"
MTGA Alchemy - "Hold my beer."
Also:
Ben / Adam: "You're not allowed to change card names"
Izzet Guildmage and Nivix Guildmage: "Am I a joke to you?"
They also changed what those cards do, it’s not the same text with a different name.

The Let's Nope boys with Matt G's edit zing? Now this is some energy I both need in my life and can get behind. This was delightful.
Ben: How did I end up with Adam?
By the end: This makes sense.
That question mark worries me, has Adam been replaced by a mimic
Entirely Normal Adam.
They had to get a doppelganger because Real Adam is stuck in a jar
Long ago, you actually have never met real Adam.
I love when the editor gets to have a little bit of a voice in lrr videos. It's pretty fun
I love this, get these nope boys to crack more packs! Also great editing Matt as always
I dropped everything when I saw it was Ben and Adam. Top tier crack a pack
Whoever made the "DrADAMic Reenactment" happen, is my hero forever and I want to be friends!
Loving Graham 2 and Graham 3
Froot Crack Chenk Ponk
I watched this in the PPR, and I'm watching it again here!
This and the Punt/Counterpunt this go-around were amazing!
Please let these two do more crack-a-packs together!
UH OOOH! Engagement!
Uh oooh!
This Crack-a-Pack and the P/CP were easily my favourite inserts during the PPR.
So good, I think I'll watch it again
Does Blood Artist go in aristocrats?
Nice job!!! Looks like crack a pack has new hosts!!
Ben and Adam? In a Crack-a-Pack? Instant click
Best crack-a-pack ever!
_Gavin!_
Engagement for the engagement god!
That was awesome.

Also, unrelated but did every single pack have a young pyromancer and a burning-tree emissary in it??? 😲
Came here to watch the origin story of the pack bois.
These two were funny
Uh-oh! Engagement!
#BlameJames? nahhhh #ThankJames
You’re welcome.
In terms of the lack of scent, maybe there is a difference because DM is from the Japanese printers?
I do love me a crack a pack. Would be nice to see values.
What great and engaging content
That man clearly needs a fruit cake.
a Fruit Clark
a foot crack
Awwwwwwww they didn't do the value of the cards.
Honestly I do like that part. But yeah the rest of this was great
where is ghram
He is going to be stepping back from being on camera for a bit due to chemotherapy treatments.
I’m glad to have some great entertainment for something from this set.
