You asked if these videos are good, i would say yes as there is alot to learn by just watching how you race and the commentary just keeps it interesting. Thanks for the great content.
To make it a complete practice I'm missing a couple of crucial points: 1 setting up practice goals 2 execution 3 aftermath Without those, how can you measure if your practice was good or not, or what did you learn after those 20 min of racing? Practice goals needs a lot of thinking to set up correctly, but good start point is: On track safety, attack and defend, consistency, gap management, staying between lines. Please note, that your finishing position is not even on a list of goals. You can pick a couple of goals before the race and switch between them when you have occasion ( safety on start, consistency in mid race then pushing and staying between lines at the end when you and your car are tired) If you want to practice attack and defend, you will sometimes have to even slow down a bit, so guy with similar pace 3 second behind, can catch you up and give you some hard time.
You raise some very valid points, thanks a lot for the detailed feedback/analysis. 😊 There is clearly always room to improve, not only in driving, but also in the way you approach practice and/or races (or even videos). I was actually thinking about doing a bit more of an analysis at the end of the video, but I feared my tendency to ramble on for too long would get quite boring. Maybe I was wrong. Or I should just have done the analysis first and then recorded a bit of summary on it afterwards. Something to think about. 👍
What i make of the orange BMW at start is that they moved for a block too late, wich is a questionable idea to do anyway that close to a braking zone. Also evidenced the way they seemed (about) to rejoin, i put the blame on the orange M4. Curious to see if you'll give the GT4 hopper in Forza a try. Sure, only 2 actual GT4s available currently (and for some reason the Audi TT VLN car) but if the racing is as good as i had with a friend at Spa yesterday, i don't mind! A 3-way, full 12 lap long duel of hard, *somehow clean*, racing... And we weren't even fighting for a win... If this doesn't sound exciting, idk what is;
Looking at it again, I would agree. Yes, the orange BMW got punted, but his aggressive move to defend really late was probably more to blame than the guy behind him. I actually already tried the GT4 series in FM, the video is already uploaded, will probably go live on Sunday. Though I have to say that my experience was mixed and I have some big problems with what was added this week in terms of multiplayer lobbies. 🙈
Haven't tried Wreckfest yet, might in the future. 👍 There will be a FH5 video soon though. 😊 I purposefully will not only to serious sim racing, some random fun is also very much needed and right now that's Forza Horizon for me.
Do yourself a favour and stay in ACC. FM8 is dying even more, please dont make FM8 videos, T10 doesnt deserve that FM8 gets content anymore. They keep killing the game
I get where you're coming from and I can definitely see the problems with FM. I haven't given up hope yet, but I will for sure keep on playing ACC and maybe even some other stuff. 😊
@@HDeeRacing Im pretty sure they wont be able to salvage it even if they fix the game, theres to few players playing the game. Lobbies are pretty much empty, the weekly rotations on online races is sometimes good, sometimes awful. Even if they fix the performance and all of that in the game, its still gonna be dead. When ACE Drops later this year, its gonna be 100% dead, its just on its last breath right now. And as i said, they way T10 handles the game, with close to 0 effort on fixing performance and listening to the players and just spamming more content to the trashcan, they do NOT deserve content, Players must unite and stop what AAA Studios are doing now, its just easy money for all of them and they dont have to care what they publish cuz they still get money... we must stop doing this untill they change and start making games good again... just my opinion tho

Love your videos 👍🏴👍

@@HDeeRacing anytime bro, can’t wait for next video 💪

The orange car stopped breaking to stop sliding IMO.
Might be, it's always tricky in these moments. It was super fortunate anyway that no one else was involved in that. 😅
Try out Wreckfest or Forza Horizon as well. I think FM 8 is dead
ACC for serious racing the other two for fun. (And both are great with a wheel, too!)
