In a nutshell, its a lifelong learning field with very less returns. Even if you get the job you will definately struggle to keep that job, again you need to learn something new and apply. There is always a risk of automating your task. In order to tackle this problem, you again upskill. Upskilling is nothing but learning new things. Again after some years you have to upskill because nowsadays industry trends are changing rapidly. Again you need to learn new things. All these learnings and applying will take a lot of time. Majority of your life will get spend on learning. And the last thing, you will not get rich by this formula. You will stay middle class or luckly upper middle class with constant struggle.
Upskilling is needed not only for AI, it applies to all tech jobs don't think like It is over once i get a job and i don't need to learn anything, if you had that mindset then believe me you are gonna end up by being jobless

I have completed my bachelors in cs 2022 and then took a gap yr since I was totally unaware of the hiring process, value of certifications, projects, skills, thought that data science might be the toughest gone through self doubt, had a confusion of selecting tech stack and thought to become data analyst still unemployed!! Hello Sir I am a 2012 btech comp.sc. graduate(rajasthan) .For complete one year i searched the job in nearby areas but didnt get a good package .From 2013 till 2020 i worked as a faculty for computer science ,as due to some financial crisis and family situation i was unable to move out .After pandemic i left the job and got a assistant eng job in a local company ,and now I have a 3 years experience in database field as a sql developer in Ahmedabad.I am lacking almost 7 years in my corporate career and have started very late.I am afraid will i be able to compete or not.Please guide me what options or technology should i choose for a better growth.
