I know another with 6 chests. Thw Ragged Flagon in Riften. 1. Get plate. 2. Enter Ragged Flagon 3. Turn around and look at the door you just went through. 4. Run into it with the plate. 5. Chests are there and then just swim up.

If you use the Slow Time shout its much easier to get some of those wall chests, because the Slow Time shout gives you a lot of time to click on a chest when falling down a glitched. Works every time for me. :)
Iron arrows are the easiest to get so why not? I do it all the time but i go to ancient tombs to get ancient nord arrows way easier then buying the others.
Nitro Arena There's really no ned to worry about what arrows you're using in reality the damage they add is negligible, iron arrows on a deadric bow will pretty much annihilate things regardless.
In the college area, instead of trying to catch the chest before you fall, go through the wall, move slowly towards the large hole where you fall, and RIGHT as you fall through drop a "Do Not Delete" chest (tutorials on how to obtain these are everywhere). Make sure before you fall into the hole that your cursor is facing directly downwards otherwise you'll miss your landing. This will allow for easy access to the chest.

1st Thanks for the info on the Mage College chests (remade my Mage and is a huge help. You can get all 4 chest, go in the same way you did right as you start to drop, drop your do not delete box, once you've landed on it you can get the first 3 chest. Grab your do not delete box and then go through the wall (same spot, 1 room right) do the same with the do not delete box and you can get the 4th box.
For PC users just save yourself time by enabling console and entering "tcl" this will enable you to noclip, just re-enter the command when you wish to disable it.
Most of the items are wayyy too heavy for their value. Also being over encountered makes you walk really slow and not be able to fast travel... Its like you havent played more than 5 minutes of the game. Hmu when you're outa Helgen
In Winterhold, when I went underneath, A.) there were no chests. B.) there was a dead woman under the map. and C.) These videos are awesome and you earned another sub from this guy!
Out of curiosity, I checked the Hall of Attainment and found three more chests under the floor, including Enthir's Thieves Guild Fence chest. They're a bit harder to get to, but very doable if you make stepping stones with Do Not Delete boxes. In fact, I found that tactic much more reliable than jumping into the void over and over until you hit the A Button just right.
I never even knew about the first two. I just knew about the ones in Whiterun, Dawnstar, and Solitude. This will come in real handy because I've got those depleted already. Thanks!!!
ive watched both videos and these hidden chests are just magnificent... a friendly update for the winterhold chests, u can go through the wall on the other side of the pillar the same way, easier to get the two chests kind of off to the side

DutchMLGChannel If you're stuck on the part when you have to use a spell, go to dragonsreach and then go to fareangaer secret fire I think it's called? He's the Mage, buy the spell you need to get inside the college. He'll most likely be selling it.
If you want to loot all 4 chests for the College of Winterhold one you have to first steal a Do Not Delete chest. (found in The White Phial in Windhelm) Then once you breach the wall in the Hall of Countenance your going to want to look straight down and fall down a bit. Right before you teleport out of the glitch, quickly access your items. Go down to Misc and find the Do Not Delete chest and drop it. Glitch it again and you should be able to stand on the box and reach each individual chest.
On the first one, if you get the "DO NOT DELETE" chest from the elixirs store in Riften by doing the wall glitch, you can set it down and stand on it, then, you can loot all three with no problem.
Hey Ben, SO i checked out the college and you can loot all the chest (I spend around an hour and a half trying). So the first two are full. the third is empty and in the fourth you can find some kick ass conjuration spells :D ( btw the chest are from right to left :) ) Love your work, Keep it up !

*ATTENTION* There is a much easier way to do the college winterhold chest method and you are able to steal from all four, funnily enough it uses another method i've learnt from your videos too XD When jumping out of the room instead of aiming towards the four boxes and praying you hit X with one aim straight down, make sure you have a do not delete box and let your character fall down for about a second then hit items and drop your do not delete box directly below you, you'll be stand on it

Gear scales with your level in dungeons and vendors that is. As an example, if you are lvl 20 you will most likely find elven and orcish items in chest while a lvl 70 will find ebony/daedric.

the wall breach in the hall of countenance works but youd be better off grabbing the dnd chest from the potions shop in riften and dropping that under you once you fall down, that way you can just stand still and loot and if you leave it there itll make it easier for future loot sprees :)
Just a quick comment to confirm the College of Winterhold, and Markarth ones both still work as of the time of this comment with all 3 DLC packs and all patches applied on the Xbox 360. Still testing the Solitude ones.
There is one in riften. if you go to the ragged flagon and go to the right of the sign hanging down, there should be a wall. whirlwind sprint through it whilsst holding a platter and you get put in some water. you can just swim around and there are about 5 hidden chests in there.
idk if this has been said but there's a chest you can steal in riften that if you drop it stays in mid air and if you drop it right you can get all four hall of countenance chests

i got 3 of the chest so far still working on the 4th as typing this, to get the 3rd maybe 4th you go to the same wall but the side the right to the other room. and when falling just spam click A or X really fast usually works
It's considered theft, but if you're crouched and hidden, there's no penalty. Sometimes NPCs can see you through the walls, so it helps to drop a Do Not Delete box under yourself before falling into the void.
I know its an older video and im sure most know or have thought about it but it seems that all merchants have a chest where they keep their goods at since if they carried them all they would be over-encumbered. Only is finding the chest for each vendor, if there is a cluster of merchants in a small area they seem to share a single chest or the chests seems to be grouped together. and the chests are not always near the merchant. On PC its easy to just turn on no clip and look under ground and see all the chests, yeah its cheating but the fun part is finding a way to them with out cheats or finding the way to them on console
my gf figured out with the 4 boxes in winterhold college if u run with the platters against the wall u can get thru any of the walls and get all the boxes
hey if in your vidio when at solitude if you had talked to the cat the markarth chest will refill you can fast track back and steal it again and the same if you find him in markarth , oh if you talk to the cat in riften the chest in dawnstar refills , each time you talk to them check out there inventory if its full of stuff the chest will refill small amout you have to wait , oh ride a horse you can steal the chests over and over and you will not be over loaded
For the mage one, it is possible to get all the chests, you just have to enter through the other the wall to the right instead of the left and be lucky.
HA! I found it! by the tent on the right hand side, in front of the second wooden pole (the one furtherest from the entrance to the tent), on the ground you'll find it. Still by the blue/purple twig on the floor (above it). Whoop!!
Great video. I didn't know about that hidden chest outside of Solitude. The Blue Palace, however, can be a bit easier than what you showed here. There's a much easier wall to go through. I made a short video on my channel showing it. Subscribed, by the way :)
I got all of the chest in the college. First one is restoration, second one is illusion, third one is destruction and fourth one is conjuration. Hope this helps you guys!!!

Why did bethesda create these chests
They are where the items in the character shops are stored. They are just placed out of bounds so we can't easily access them.
Do you know if they refill over time? I don't want to loot them if it takes away stuff indefinitely.
They restock as the shops do. Which is every two in-game days.

Find a 'Do not delete box'. When you place it, they float. As you start falling, place one down. You can stand on it, and loot the chests. :)

Obtaining a Do Not Delete box would be helpful. If placed in the proper area as you are falling, it can help you get to areas unreachable.
If you do the winter hold one I prefer using slow time shout

Guys if you don't have the shout to slow down time then you should. It makes it very easy to get the first chests he showed you.
BTW there is usually a hidden chest in the outer zones of a building if there is some kind of merchant in that room/building.
It would probably be helpful to use the Slow Time shout while trying to get the chests in the College of Winterhold.

my gf figured out with the 4 boxes in winterhold college if u run with the platters against the wall u can get thru any of the walls and get all the boxes

hey if in your vidio when at solitude if you had talked to the cat the markarth chest will refill you can fast track back and steal it again and the same if you find him in markarth , oh if you talk to the cat in riften the chest in dawnstar refills , each time you talk to them check out there inventory if its full of stuff the chest will refill small amout you have to wait , oh ride a horse you can steal the chests over and over and you will not be over loaded
For the mage one, it is possible to get all the chests, you just have to enter through the other the wall to the right instead of the left and be lucky.
HA! I found it! by the tent on the right hand side, in front of the second wooden pole (the one furtherest from the entrance to the tent), on the ground you'll find it. Still by the blue/purple twig on the floor (above it). Whoop!!

Great video. I didn't know about that hidden chest outside of Solitude. The Blue Palace, however, can be a bit easier than what you showed here. There's a much easier wall to go through. I made a short video on my channel showing it.

I found a secret chest near the lumber mill near Windhelm.You should do a video on that.
I got all of the chest in the college. First one is restoration, second one is illusion, third one is destruction and fourth one is conjuration. Hope this helps you guys!!!
you need to get the "do not delete box" it defies gravity and floats in da air and u use the box to get the chest..it helps out alot!
I reached all 4 of the chests at the college, just drop a do not delete box right when you fall :)
i have gotten all four of the chests under the floor in the hall of countenance
if you watch the video and see how he gets through the wall. do it again on the other side of the stone divider then on the other side of the door way to the food storage room
