Sarsa has been my go to place for 6 months when I got hired to my first work in Makati. Though it was then way out of my budget, I make sure that my 15th and 30th paydays are celebrated there. I can't wait to go back!
I remembered a month ago, I was super craving for their sisig and kansi bulalo that I requested my husband to have our lunch there. As we passed the restaurant location I initially thought that they are already closed and I almost cried. Glad to know they just had their restaurant renovated and is back to serving my favorite classic Filipino food with a twist.

We ate our lunch earlier in your store and honestly speaking, ang laki ng improvement from the ambiance, food and of course your staff. Grabe we ordered our favorite caldereta, pecho, gising2x, laing, crispy pancit and piya2x hindi nga lang dumating ung bisteak tagalog 😞. But overall, super laki ng improvement. Kudos to you and to your team 👌👌

I have to visit this remaining Sarsa place Chef JP. I was a regular patron of Sarsa BGC and used to see there in the kitchen (felt sad when it closed down). I miss the inasal sisig and kare kare.
Sisig looks like Aling Lucing now. Being out of the country, your restaurant's gonna be one of the places i'd go back again esp the Sizzling Kansi and Dinuguan. God bless!
