The problem is barca never replaced the quality that left eg xavi iniesta neymar alves puyol masch... So this is why even klopp couldn't help the current team
The problem was that instead of trusting their academy (where players were familiar with fc Barcelona playing style) they went on to look for world class players elsewhere and forced them to fit into the fc Barcelona playing structure like coutinho and griezmann etc. Cherry on top were the coaches bartemeou hired after enrique that made it worse as they also didn't had much knowledge about barca's brand of football . Now finally we can see barca getting back on track with Xavi in charge and new players like pedri, gavi, nico, Araujo etc. Just 2 more years and they will be back.

I am overall disappointed with Fifa's decision to make the World Club Cup every 4 years as of 2021. I hope Fifa changes its mind and lets the competition continue as a annual contest rather then to force the clubs to wait 4 years to compete. Clubs are not like the national teams which they can retain their top players without being worried if they will be sold in the process. A Fifa Club World Cup every 4 years would not really reflect which is really the true best club team in the world. I also feel equally disappointed with Fifa's decision to continue the Under 23 World Cup format for the men's Olympics in Tokyo 2020.
And in the 2021-22 season, Barcelona must be eliminated in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League, after losing 0-3 to Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena.
